Exactly. Did Tutu get A SNAP yesterday? I cannot fathom the thought process to not throw him out there a hand full of times a game and have him run a deep pattern. He is faster then the man guarding him period. If no safety help, air it out. If safety help, it opens up other options. Maddening to have him on roster and not use him at all....
He should have been in there at the ending of the game instead of Kupp.
What a bone head play that was.

Not sure what to think after that Browns game. Buck and Aikman mentioned the Hunt rumors to LA on like 3 different occasions. But Hunt also got more action tonight than he’s gotten in weeks. If Cleveland was gonna deal him tomorrow you’d think they might pump the breaks on his reps. But who knows!

Risk v Reward, Showcase and hope to lure more bidders to drive up the price.

Remember when the Rams were in talks with the bills about Sammy Watkins? And the bills played the Rams in a pre-season game and targeted Watkins like 6 times on a single drive? Showcase your pony lol

Unless they don't have a taker yet and were trying to showcase his talents.

I don't think we're going to end up making any moves. And I don't fault them. Unless you get a Brian Burns as a future foundational piece, nothing is going to tip the scale for this year. Have to imagine if we beat SF that we would be more aggressive.

The Rams don't make trades with the intention of one year. Jalen Ramsey wasn't a need when we traded for him either.

Assuming its true (not a given)... wow, for both teams. The Rams' willingness to overpay, and the Panthers' decision to say no... both surprising.

For the record, I'd love to have Burns on this team for the next few years, but... two firsts?
I honestly hate this info being released. It's going to make teams that much more likely to try to gouge us in a trade.

We aren't definitely going after Cooks now. Thank goodness.
Well, we could still restructure or do a new contract with a player to push money later so never say never lol. But yeah, you'd think it'd make a trade like that for an aging vet more unlikely.

I'd pay it for a young edge rusher. The likelihood of getting a player like that with one of those two picks isn't a guarantee so I'd be ok with it for a long term solution to that position. If we were to do that I'd want to shut down trading any more picks though.

Yeah, I probably would too. It would sting a bit, but I'd do it.

Panthers gm won't be around in 2025 so that's probably why.
