Are the Rams just going to save our draft capital and hope our guys heal up for a run at the playoffs? I couldn't find any Rams news that was significant.

Tutu doing jetsweeps only, goes against McVay's entire offensive scheme of plays mimicing each other and players blocking, sweeping or going out for a pass on the same play design.

Tutu can only do one apparently.

The bizarre thing though is that nobody is watching tutu’s college film tape thinking yeah we put him here to block for the RB, be a decoy for the defense thinking he’s doing things woods/Kupp does, etc. He is and always be a super fast, super thin, small guy that you need to get him the ball open in space. There is no new revelation about him once he came into camp and became a professional NFL player. He is what he is. You don’t buy a Porsche and complain about it not being good in the snow and off-road. That’s a you problem - not the sports car’s fault.

We used to do one to many jets sweeps back in the day with Mcvay now we see the chiefs destroy the whiners with jets sweeps and we just pretend like it didn't happen.

I know we are not the chiefs but we had 2 weeks they were key players and we didn't mimic the chiefs hardly at all if any. Just crazy.

The Rams were affective in the first half, until the Niners changed the defense to a six man front. They didn’t do that to the Chiefs that I recall, it would be riskier against Mahomes imo.

Exactly. Did Tutu get A SNAP yesterday? I cannot fathom the thought process to not throw him out there a hand full of times a game and have him run a deep pattern. He is faster then the man guarding him period. If no safety help, air it out. If safety help, it opens up other options. Maddening to have him on roster and not use him at all....

Nope, he did not get a snap yesterday; and I totally agree with you on the rest of your post. And there isn't much doubt that it was McVay that was pounding the table for Atwell. Hate to say it but it kinda reminds me of the 8 year old kid who whines and whines for a new bicycle and when he finally gets it he refuses to ride it because he wanted the red one.
Sean needs to man up and FIND a role for Atwell. He must have had some kind of plan when he advocated for him at the draft.

I'd rather they just stand pat. They might find a couple decent players on day two next draft. I doubt a trade is gonna move the needle much if at all. If they're gonna make adjustments to be more competitive with what they have, fine. If they don't I don't see one guy coming in and changing their fortunes.

Dont know how much speed he has left. Either way, my point wasnt whether or not he should have been traded, just that they got literally no value at all.

Snead usually pays heavy when trading for players and sells for peanuts. Seems like he doesn't even negotiate.

Ain't no trade comin that is going to help this team, this year. This team is missing (IMO) too much talent at key positions and the coaching this year has been sub sub-par. Sad.

If this is a lost yr Snead should do his homework and raid some practice squads for some raw kids with upside. Might dig up an interior linemen or an edge rusher that might turn into something in a yr or two because they need all the help they can get in terms of young cheap labor.
