I got one of those when they 1st came out. I remember the commercial made it look much cooler than it really was. Well, maybe it was just me... but I couldn't get it to do some of the wild ass maneuvers I saw it pulling off on that tv commercial.

Still cool though.
Yea , it took a little "creativity" for it to reach it's full potential

It’s not much, but during quarantine I’ve gotten the golf itch back, thanks to binge watching Rick Shiels youtube channel. So I treated myself to new golf pride velvet grips. Can’t wait to hit em @snackdaddy

Lol. My Titleist DCI irons are close to 30 years old. Still love em and they look brandy new now. Count me in for the golf trip. I’ll post a pic of my “new” driver tomorrow when it arrives.

Nice. I had these new grips put on my driver and hybrids. Oversize for the driver and mid size for the hybrids.

I love my Adams hybrids. Been my second favorites clubs next to the driver. So I bought a set of Adams irons from Global Golf. Got a good deal. New grips but I prefer midsize on the irons. These are a little thin for me to grip. I'll be putting new grips on them soon. Really love the Adams irons too. I guess even at my age the stiff shaft works the best for me. With these the 7 iron is my 150-160 club. My old set they were more like 145. I thought my swing speed was decreasing as I get older. Maybe not. Just needed the right clubs.

Well, sorry to disappoint you golfers, but I'mma hijack this thread for the good of all (yes, golf is boring to me, sorry but not sorry). Just bought two older Game Boy games that I had before I lost them in a fire: both Dragon Warrior Monsters 2 games (yes, there's two separate games.)

Also bought the first Godfather game for the Xbox 360 (and my brother gave me his Xbox 360 which he wasn't using).

So, yeah, I've been buying video games with the Amazon cards I asked for my birthday. I'm definitely satisfied with my purchases thus far.

I just got this bad boy from Amazon. I'm going to start studying again and hope to pass by August. I won't let the darn thing expire this time. That was the dumbest decision I had made in a while back then.

I’m a Tour Velvet Mid-size.
Love them!

My Titleist AP2’s are the 710 models, meaning 2010.

Can’t believe they’re that old...I’ve been looking at the Mizuno 919 Hot Metal irons.

Now, I’m really fired up to get some.

Lol. My DCI’s came out in 1993
Still love em
It’s been a long time since I played consistently and the DCI black was a bit upright, with age and putting on a few lBs My swing has flattened out a bit. Hope I can still hit them

I had to look that up; Certified Information Systems Security Professional

What application for this certification? Where is it beneficial? Cyber security roles?

Yeah. It's required for lots of cyber security and cyber security management roles. It's an "inch deep, mile wide" kind of cert. It used to be 300 questions and you had 6 hours with 2 breaks, but they changed it to an adaptive test that's up to 150 questions (I think).

The cyber stalkers tricking people via email are bad right now, exploiting CoVid situation.

Not cool.

My rule number 1 is anything I didn't expect is viable threat. I try not to click through any links I get in email, even from reputable/good sources. The risks are too high.

That includes mother-in-laws
Seriously
Family, friends, work, newsletters I signed up for. I suspect everything. But hey, just because your paranoid doesn't mean there isn't an invisible demon trying to eat you. Or China/Russia trying to undermine everyone else though cyber espionage (independently, I don't think they're working together).
