2) 2015 Home opener vs Seattle: What a roller coaster, seahawks coming off the most monumental choke job in super bowl history (till last year). This game had everything punt return TD, up by 2 scores, down by 1 score in the 4th quarter coming back in the last 2 minutes with Lance Kendricks on 40 yard bomb from Nick Foles. And of course Aaron Donald stopping Beast Mode on a 4th and 1 in OT to seal the deal.

Another Thordaddy game attendee we didn’t connect with!

That really is something.

Kevin Demoff actually honored Thordaddy a few times on the big screens during the game. At the same time, he also put RamsOnDemand.com up there too. I wonder if any of our members discovered us on that day because of it.

Unfortunately I've only see them win once in person and if allowed to talk about a loss, than this is it.
Back in 88 I sat in 10th row of endzone in Philly against the Eagles. Went with my GF (now my wife), a buddy and his GF. Well, it was a shootout, IIRC the Rams first play from scrimmage was like a 70 yard pass play. Everett threw for a ton of yards that day and unfortunately a ton of INT. I was rather stupid back then, and was talking way too much chiat. At the end of the game the Rams were driving, down 6. Coming right in to our end zone. #11 throws a pick to end the game, and this old timer next to me says "you know how lucky you are they didnt win right?"
And he meant it
Security had come over after some punk took a swipe at me. And while walking to our car, we had about 15 guys coming for us. Had to make a run for it, literally.
Dude threw a beer bottle at our car and it busted on my rear window.
Ahh, Philly.... And that was after a win....

I was at Flipper game at Meadowlands in 89. Actually in same end zone but on far side of tunnel. As a visitor, never seen a home crowd so stunned!

easily the Rams - seahawks (thordaddy game i believe) in st louis with the ROD members. plus the fact they beat the seahawks in overtime after coming back 2 or 3 times in regulation plus got to see a punt return td by tavon austin after giving one up. the roar of the crowd when donald and brockers planted marshawn lynch for a loss on the 4th down play to end the game was just amazing. and getting to go onto the field afterwards and hang out with everyone (thanks again to whomever pulled off that extra icing no the cake move! ) . i was ready to do that again until they switched time zones on me.

1988 I drove 4 hours with my brother to attend a Rams/Raiders game in the coliseum. it was a good game, we were getting along with the knucklehead Raiders up until Jim Everett threw like a 60 yard touchdown pass to Aaron Cox to seal the game. As Cox was running down the field my brother and I explode..at about the same time we were drilled with a dozen $10 beer. We drove 4 hours home soaked in stinking beer. I live in Las Vegas now and now we have the same idiot knucklehead raider fans coming to my town.
‘I’m not all that excited.

I never had the pleasure of seeing a home game. It was always at candlestick (9ers) or the Oakland coliseum (raiders). The only time I ever saw a Ram victory was at candlestick the year we won the whole enchilada, that has to be my favorite by default.

My most memorable were:
1) when my dad took me to my first NFL game vs the raiders. It poured and we got beat pretty bad. I left hating the raiders but I have always loved their cheerleaders!
2) I recall losing a playoff game to the 9ers in which I left the stadium with a "sample" of just about everything that was sold at the concession stand on my back. Tough day.

When I went to Oakland I just pretended to be a tourist in street clothes because we had heard so much about the fans giving visiting fans a rough time. We needn't have worried.

When I started watching the NFL, it was a lot to get to grips with the rules and the teams and players.
It boomed in the UK in the 80s.
From watching highlights, i picked out my favourite position as running back.
Favourite players: Marcus Allen, Walter Payton, and Eric Dickerson.
This was midway through the 1986 season. The Bears beat the Pats in the Superbowl.
August 1987, my uncle got two tickets to the American Bowl, preseason games that were held in the UK, and i think elsewhere.
Anyway, I knew Dickerson would be playing.
When we got to Wembley, My uncle bought me a program and asked if I'd like anything else.
There was a huge picture of Dickerson on the program.
So, I asked if I could have a Rams cap.
I was officially a Rams fan.
The cap is one of my prized possessions.

That cap is AWESOME!

Never seen anything like that.

I failed to mention the 2012 game in London.

The game itself was uglier than a kick in the nuts, but had a great time with @UKram and a few others for 7 days

Well some great games there. Living between Philly and NYC most of my life, unless flying to LA (pre-move to midwest) or driving to St Louis to see the Rams, my choices are rather limited. I've seen the Rams three times in Philly. 1983, 1998 and 2008. And three times in St. Louis. 2005, 2006 and 2007. They've gone 1-5. The most memorable game was 1983 in Philly. They got behind 6-0 early but Ferragamo got them within FG range enough times to take a 9-6 lead (in the 4th quarter) they lost on a Jaworski TD pass to RB Tony Woodruff. Dickerson was hemmed in by their D all day. I think his longest run all day was 6 or 7 yards. But here's the memorable thing........I could have sworn he had no more than 75-80 yards but when I saw the boxscore the next day he had 103 yards. It was not your typical 100 yard game though. I brought my Minolta X-700 with a 400MM lens and got some great shots of the game. I was in what then was considered "luxury boxes" but they weren't luxurious at all, save for the bathroom right outside the seating area. Youngblood would play one more year but he wasn't the old Youngblood in 1983. I have a shot of JY alone in the middle of the field during one the last timeouts, his posture saying, "I'm tired. I'm sore. And we've lost this game".

The only Rams win I attended was 2007 in St. Louis, when Steven Jackson and Gus Frerrotte beat up Atlanta in December. We had a season high 409 yards of offense in a season with very few highs. The only memorable thing was they finally won a game I attended but I went to the Linc the following season for the opener, a 38-3 pasting by the Eagles, so it didn't last nearly long enough. The 1998 game in Philly was memorable because it was Vermeil's first back to Philly (a Thursday night game) and the fans still loved the guy. I sat in the infamous 700 level with my Everett jersey on......the #11 was currently being worn by our punter and we lost a game in which the two teams combined for a 6-20 record when it was over!! Man I've seen some ugly games!!! Which is why I love the current state of the Rams!!

I think I've only ever been to two where we won. Both against the Redskins. So I'm going to go with the 24-0 shutout back in, what, 2014? - the week after the 41-0 over the Raiders. If I travel for a game, it always ends up on the wrong side of the scoreboard.....Makes me hesitant to make the trek westward for the new stadium.

I would not call it the greatest game, but Rams beat the Ravens on MNF... 33-22 in STL November 2003... moved them to 6-3.

Here’s the only part you need to know;

The day after this game... my buddy says to me “dude... I look out my bedroom window this morning and look down at my van (used for the ride to the game) and I see a dent from your ass cheeks on the roof”.

There is a story involving dancing on the roof of that van after the game I’m not sharing! :D

November 23, 1987 MNF @ RFK Stadium in DC. Rams beat the favored Redskins (Redskins won the SB that year.). I sat right behind Henry Ellard's parents ( he was a Ram then). Our OL took them apart that night. Charles White was our RB.

That game has a great memory for me too!!!

Cammy and I went off by ourselves to get married in the Bahamas. I got us a fat suite at the Atlantis for 2 weeks. We got married right there at the Atlantis outside by one of their lagoons. I had a band with 3 steel drums out there playing just for us. Anyway... I'll spare all the wedding details, but just know, we were partying very large. I had it set up were all our drinks were included. We stayed lit up like Christmas trees for the whole 2 weeks.

So back to that game. Our anniversary is 11-11, so we were there at the Atlantis during that Monday night game. I don't gamble on sporting events hardly ever. But, having that badass sportsbook and casino downstairs was just too convenient to pass up that night. We were having dinner at one of the restaurants downstairs before the game started. I decided to go place a nice sized bet on the game. I never do this, so it really is out of character for me.

It was a Monday Night game... so we ended up watching the 2nd half up in our room. Actually, it was just me watching in the 4th quarter cause Cammy was asleep at that point. When the clock finally hit double zeros... I had won my bet. I'm very superstitious about saying anything during a game concerning a WIN until the game is over... I know that always pisses off the football gods and will result in a loss every time. So I was extra good about that during this damn game because I actually had cash on the line. I was extra excited to claim my victory at that point.

Like I said, Cammy was asleep... but I couldn't help myself, I started making all kinds of noise jumping around and yelling. I woke her up obviously. So I told her that I was going to go down and collect my winnings downstairs. She said she was just going to stay in the room. So I grabbed my ticket and took off out the door making way too much noise.

I got down to the sportsbook and there was a short line at the cash out area. I was standing there with a big shit eating grin and undoubtedly talking shit. I noticed that I was getting some strange looks as people walked by. I didn't give one fuck. I figured that they were Baltimore crow haters or whatever.

Finally I got up to the window and slapped down my ticket. I told the girl that I had just raced down from my room immediately after the game hit double zeros to collect my cashsheese. She looked at me with a funny smile and a pause... then she said 'I have no doubt about THAT". She gave me my money and I spun out to head back to my room.

I reached down to put my cash in my pocket. I didn't want to just be walking through there holding a wad of cash. That's when I realized that I had gone down there only wearing my underwear. Now, they were kinda like boxers, but not really. Plus, they were more than colorful. I had been through there earlier from the pool area with no shirt so I hadn't even given it a thought about going down there shirtless... but I damn sure forgot to put my shorts on before I left my room. I was in such a daze from winning that I was clearly not thinking straight. When I realized this... I couldn't stop laughing. My stomach hurt from laughing so hard by the time I made it back to the room.

We still laugh about that to this day. I only wish that I had a picture of myself standing there in that line. Somebody probably does...
