It's funny. Most Trappist Ales have a very bread dough taste to me. They remind me of some of my first "bathtub" beers I was making in the early 80s. I may have to try this one though. I think I've seen it at the local Total Wine & More.

They sold the quad here five years ago and you can sometimes run into someone who has extras from their trip.

I also seem to recall that lime ventures had gotten a hold of it some time ago,
