It mostly centered around a ski weekend with Tom Brady. The rest was just fluff. What did I miss in the other Stafford thread? I ignored the whole thing.
I think teams and people have begun to realize that Brady was an anomaly.Makes sense. You never know when an older quarterback will start his decline. Brady went a long way. In 2014 Peyton Manning was great. 39 TD's. In 2015 the wheels came off. 9 TD's to 17 INT's in 10 games. If Stafford's showing decline later in the season they'll know his time is coming to an end. If he's still good they can do what they did this offseason.
we traded him for 6 6 round picks on the 6thWhat did I miss in the other Stafford thread? I ignored the whole thing.
There was piss and shit everywhere, it was a war zone man! Ok, I'm exaggerating a bit but it was definitely full of back and forth on various theories and scenarios. No matter what, we all wanted Stafford back ultimately and just glad it ended up that way. I understood the reasons the Rams could have also pulled the plug too. I'm at the point where I just trust the front office as they have been mostly on point with a lot of moves more often than notWhat did I miss in the other Stafford thread? I ignored the whole thing.
I'm officially shitting my pants while Snead probably has a boner if that's true lolwe traded him for 6 6 round picks on the 6th

And I'm glad I was.

I hear you for sure. But a lot changes in a year. We definitely need to upgrade receiver and corner. Ilb too.Remember, Rams were just one play away from beating the best team in football (Philly) last year.
I think the Rams are perfectly set up for a serious SB run in 2025 (and likely 2026 as well).
Rams only had two "must sign" guys-- Stafford and AJ-- and they wrapped them both up today.
Rams free agent losses will be much less significant than usual this year. Hurts to see Kupp probably go, but he was a second or third WR at best at this point.
Other FA's include Tutu, Hoecht, D Robinson, Jimmy G, BB, Rozeboom, and a few other guys... but these guys are all replaceable. And we'll re-sign a few, too.
Rams absolutely KILLED IT in the draft in BOTH 2023 and 2024. They have a ton of key young starters playing at low contracts for the next two years at least, and these young guys are only gonna get better.
As long as Rams are reasonably solid in both free agency and in the upcoming draft, I think Rams are absolutely among a select few favorites to win it all this year.
I'm happy! But in the word of another famous los Angeles player said, "job not finished" lolRelax and drink a beer in celebration! Because we did just win our best chance to win the SB!

Can't imagine what the point would be about "gotcha" on whether he went or stayed. We all had our pet theories, we all had our desires, we had incomplete reports, Tom made me delete the photo I took of them in Big Sky, none of us were in the rooms.I don't mind being wrong on this one. Thought he was gone for sure.
Damn glad to have him back!!
Nope, this is par for the course for youI called Brady a cuckold who got pegged by Giselle.
Does that help?
Spoiler@RamsOfCastamere What Allen2McVay left out was that he started a fight between media personalities at a Starbucks. Almost ruined the Combine!
