OK, so I guess I should revive this thread since he had a another bad game right? What happened during the dang bye week??"
But really, I actually thought he improved in this game and is trending up. He missed a couple of gimme throws, no doubt. He didn't even look at open receivers a few times, getting locked in again. BUT, he also made some good plays and with his teammates playing a tad better, we'd have won this game.
I love (sarcastic) how guys quoting stats point to his not throwing a TD in this game. Did they not watch? He basically threw a great pass and they called a TD, then rightly reversed it, placing ball 6 inches out. Sure, go ahead and paint a picture of Goff not being able to get near a TD lately. Whatever.
In any event. It ends now. I have no doubt Goff is going to continue upward trend and will be peaking (along with his team) just in time for their playoff run after their first round playoff bye.
