lets see, for one college tape. secondly the fact tutu isnt playing in preseason and mccutcheon is seems to imply tutu is performing better in practice also. even a blind man can look at their college tape and see tutu is the better player. just cause he wasnt day 1 nfl ready and didnt produce as a rookie doesnt mean hes still not really talented.
i get it, mccutcheon is making plays and is the guy to cheer for in preseason but his skill set heavily relies on out muscling dudes not burning them with speed or beating them with routes. thats probably the hardest skillset to transition to productivity vs top nfl talent, its very unlikely he just outmuscles actual starters like he is doing vs preseason talent. nothing against mccutcheon and hope the best for him, but theres preseason warriors every year that dont amount to much. Hes still got work to do, imo.
