I would love to keep Floyd another year while we develop that trio, but I don’t see it. Floyd is exactly the kind of player that gets left behind in such a scenario of the cap coming down.

Anyone breakdown or have a take on Lewis's play?......I didn't watch that closely yet

Im ready for Cam to start getting majority of the carries. Right now he's seen a stacked box on literally 50% of his snaps so far which is tops in the NFL. So that should even out as he's on the field more and we should see more and more explosive plays from him. That 40 yard run was clean af, made two guys miss, great balance through the hole and acceleration, then stiff armed a defender coming from behind.. just a flash of what he's capable of. I still think he has the most natural talent out of all the backs in this years draft.

It looks like Gaines is getting at least a few more snaps.
Gaines, Fox, Hollins up.....Ebukam, Brockers down.
Gaines' numbers are down from last week(20-29%) and are similar to weeks 1(14-19%) and 3(10-16%). As for Fox outside of week 1(32%) his numbers have been similar(37%-41%). Both Brockers and Ebu have been declining since week 1.

I thought Brockers played better in this game than the first few. Maybe the extra rest helped him out. I was happy to see Gaines get more snaps too. I still think he's better than Seabass.
I think Gaines and Joseph-Day are evening out.
Joseph-Day is certainly more explosive....as we saw with his tackle for loss bs Washington. But, he can get washed out by blockers at times.
Gaines has improved I think which is great.
Brockers might well be helped with fewer snaps.
I think most non Ram fans would be surprised that Donald isn’t on the field every play.
When Robinson gets back and into game shape, it will be interesting to see rotations then.
With some of the improvements (Gaines, Fox) a TRUE DL rotation may have been achieved.
This should have been the goal all along.

I think we are going to see a rotation all year.
Henderson has not been effective since Buffalo (2.2 ypc the last two games).
That Buffalo game certainly showed his potential however.

I still think he has the most natural talent out of all the backs in this years draft.
I see Hendy as the big play and passing game threat. Again he reminds me of Kamara. Dangerous and capable but if he's ramming into a stacked line it seems to wear him down. IMO he's the complimentary guy.

Akers is the guy they drafted to give them good success rate to move chains while also having some passing game threat. They talked about his ability to make the most of runs into heavy traffic and on his film you see him sustaining his level of play in that kind of usage. So I agree he'll end up getting most of the carries.

Brown is best when he's well rested off the bench and on runs where he takes what is there. When he dances around it's not his role so IMO the staff will get him back to that and if not he's going to see his snaps dry up.
