Yeah, no. Normally I don't dislike Rams that get released or traded, but his public whining about the Rams not paying him got under my skin. Plus if you follow him on social, it's pretty obvious he's much happier in ATL than he was in LA, so I don't think he even liked being here. I'm so glad I didn't invest in more merch with his name.

The one play I wish was never flagged for a BS (John Sullivan)holding call.I will always wonder if Todd Gurley would have found a rhythm for a run with The Rams to victory ??

It was obvious Todd Gurley wasn’t right in 2018. I’m not tottblaming the Offensive Line.

Sort of funny I still think about the what if on John Sullivan.I just think he got a bad rap & he didn’t hold.Todd Gurley was basically done & The Rams proceeded to not make Jared Goff or Todd Gurley earn there 5th year.Instead just give them a huge contract. I stay positive,but he became a Diva type & not a team first player like he had once Mcvay took over.He worked on his hands all the time after practice.He made himself excellent out of the backfield.I’ve seen that Charger RB work on his pass catching skills,but for Gurley it was different.Goff was a big part of it as well. He is so good with his play actions & would find Gurley out of the backfield. It wasn’t that I didn’t appreciate them as Rams.
The salary cap has become a thing. Todd though was not right for The Rams & as much as starting this Thread wanted value for him.There comes a time.

Yes - The Rams should have traded Todd Gurley. Then there is the Jared Goff signing. Could have been a Kurt Cousins type of deal would have been to my liking.

My point is how AD99 went down twice before these signings. Now let’s also see what happens with AD99’s contract & Cooper Kupp?

These are hard decisions & I have no real opinion as of now. The Rams are built the way they are built. I’m just not one to give an extension to a 1st rd draft choice before his 5th year.

As far as The LA Angels go I say Trade Ohtani!! PERIOD!! Fire Phil Nevin at The End of the year. Then Trade Mike Trout as well.
Build from the back End.
The Angels have a good catching stream coming up & Continue to build with young pitching.You go up The 5 fwy & see what they have built.
