The Rams lost some games with Aaron Donald on the field, I guess he wasnt all that good either . Ditto for Stafford and Puka.

I think it's great to have better players.

But I think that if everyone isn't on the same page, talent absolutely ain't enough.

Team dynamics matter... and if losing one slightly better player made coaches feel like they would get the buy-in they needed, or whatever it was.. seems to be working.

If you don't think team dynamics matter, my assumption would be that you've never played team sports.
