Good to have you aboard, Dewey (or are you one of the other partners?)I'm me... same guy from the stltoday boards, rather tired of dealing with obvious troll morons.
Became a Rams fan when they moved to STL - was an original PSL and season ticket holder with my father. Went to the first preseason game at old Busch, went to the first game in the TWA Dome, was at the game when Rodney Harrison created Kurt Warner (guys were down on the field, I said "Man I hope that's not Green," my dad said "I just hope it's not Faulk." Guess he was right)
Live in the Boston area, surrounded by Pats fans, still very vocal and open about being a Rams die-hard fan. Draftnik. Offensive line obsessive. Two consecutive years of being really desperate for them to take a guard (DeCastro, then Warmack). Was all-in on Justin Hunter in the 2013 draft and still think he'll be the best WR of his peers.
Um... yeah. You could call me a homer and/or eternal Rams optimist. Have high expectations of Bradford, Quick and Bailey.
Oh, and every time I leave the country for more than a vacation trip, some STL team wins a championship - was in Japan in '99-2000, also in '06-'07 when the Cards won it. Pay me and I might leave again, open up a shot for the Blues.
Yeah, I made it about 3 and a half years ago. I just don't have the time (and soon will have even less) to be Supreme Overlord anymore. PhxRam has been working with me on it for a couple of years now, and he's the guy who hosts it, codes it, updates it, and owns the software. Y'all are in good hands, because I taught him how to be a bouncer too.-X- I have a question for you btw. Did you make this website?! Idk if I misread or something, but I thought I saw that you were the head of this place but then sold it to PhxRam? If you don't mind me asking, what's the story exactly? Just curious.
What forum platform is it built on?Yeah, I made it about 3 and a half years ago. I just don't have the time (and soon will have even less) to be Supreme Overlord anymore. Hi Folks,
Rams fan since 1978, just looking to read some decent stuff without all the bashing. I'm not a Pollyanna, but the Rams are my team and I hate the constant negativity on the PD site.
Looking forward to the discussion.
Andre
Welcome dude..
Glad to see you step back from the dark side.
Welcome to the ROD andre! :woot::bigup::woot:andre entering the parlour:

Hello All,
46 year old Ram Fan.
Fell in love with the horns in the early 70's. Had a brother who was a Cowboys (UGH) fan and a neighbor who was a Vikings fan. The 70's were a fun time to follow the Rams! Jack Youngblood was my first "favorite" Ram player!
6th grade teacher in Indiana
3 kids, 1 wife and no Ram fans in sight...LOL
Keep'n the faith in my team (but my students hammer me during the football season)
Tired of immature posters on other boards (I see some good familiar names here)
Looking forward to some great information and thought provoking discussions.
Hey all,
another herd defector/ex-pat. I posted there sporadically and intermittently there for years with no issues, but lately, found some of the posters very negative, and the mod policy showed favoritism.
Looking forward to resuming the discussion here, it seems more civil and respectul. The only reason I found it was a poster at the herd I'm a fan of (who shall remain nameless in case mods there come here for signs of message board espionage) alluded to it without naming it, and I just googled his name, leading here.
Long time Rams fan since the seventies, saw the franchise's first Super Bowl in the Rose Bowl when they were based in Los Angeles, and with no team in LA, have continued to follow them since they relocated to St. Louis. Even if LA gets a team (or two), they will still be my team, as they were who I grew up with in my formative years. Eric Dickerson is my favorite Ram. Big fan of what Fisher and Sead have accomplished in two years, and am very excited about the 2014 draft, which IMO could be a pivotal one for the organization. My dream draft would be to trade down twice to 1.4 than 1.6 (adding multiple day two picks, possibly a 2015 first?), take Greg Robinson, than trade UP from 1.13 (parting with a second or third they got from the prior trade down) to take Sammy Watkins. If they only get one of them (I'd include Matthews with Robinson at LT, or Watkins), not sure I'm as interested in another LT or WR with the second first roundpick, than I would like one of he consensus top two safeties (the most obviously gaping hole in our defense - Clinton-Dix or increasingly Pryor) or CBs (Dennard or Gilbert, who has the talent, athleticism and versatility to help as a returner if needed)... possibly after a trade down. None of the three first round picks in the Fisher/Snead era have been drafted from the original position, and the 2012 1.2 pick was of course traded down TWICE.
