it;s not just a stadium they are building there, it is a whole "entertainment complex"

also 2 separate home locker rooms (that's a mill right there)

NFLN studios will be there also I think

Plus I think a NFL.com studio also

Keep in mind, the bar for this project is set at an epic high level folks... WE THE RAMS!!!!!!
