Where will this stupidity end? It’s bad enough when teams come here to London; travelling another 50% as long to get Down Under - and then back again - is going to seriously affect them.

Player welfare? Looks like it’s secondary to expanding into new markets.
That’s my hypocritical NFL!

:wow2:

Any of you ROD's who want to travel the 16 hours down here to watch the Rams -- I'll supply the beer for the tailgate party.

What a terrible ground to host a nfl game. Nobody will see what's happening. Can't put a nfl game on a huge circular field.

If anywhere it should be at the sfs in Sydney which was purpose built for sports with rectangular fields. Can hold 50k.

This is the doldrums of summer.

I will wait until August when they can get in pads before I get worked up about anything.

Joshua Karty already doing something Ram kickers did not do last season, he is making kicks. Ain't no Party like a Karty Party because a Karty Party don't miss.

Yep! I LOVED the clips from the Kohl’s kicking camp where he was just BOMBING them from 65… dead on… and his swing is so compact and quick… and consistent. His swing time is always 1.26-1.34 seconds.

I think this kid will be an absolute STUD. My only concern is that he’ll be one of the best in the NFL and the Rams won’t pay him and let him walk like they did with Matt Gay.

But I have no doubt this kid’s gonna be absolute NAILS out there!!!

I know he wasn't picked as the best DE in the draft, but I have high hopes for Jared Verse. Dude isn't finesse, but seems to be a bully which I love.

While I agree that the oval shape isn’t ideal to watch the rectangle pitch sports, I have watched many soccer games at the MCG over the years and never had an issue with seeing what’s happening, even from the top of the Southern Stand. Going to see Tottenham v Newcastle tonight, expecting 80,000. NFL regular season match should get 100,000.

I like him better than Latu and he seems to me to be the closest Von Miller comp since Von…

He’s super quick, violent and has enough bend. His game translates to cold or bad weather and if anything, he should do better when the OL can’t anchor with as wide a base. He also sets a very hard edge, something we’ve lamented with Hoecht as much as many of us love Hoecht’s hustle.

As D’Marco Farr said, we’ve not had a first round Edge in a really long time and this kid pops like a 1st round STUD. I’m so excited to see him in Shula’s D
