Ok, I am not taking a shot at you. We here the players say it and your just being hopeful. But,

Last thing I want to here is next man up, unless it is from a player. They have to think like that, but it just really rubs me the wrong way otherwise. Kind of like when something pisses me off and someone, usually my wife tells me to calm down. It just turns me up another notch.

"Next man up" is just an annoying phrase in general.
