And I know every word to every song from the rock opera Jesus Christ Superstar.

When I was in High School, admitting an affinity for Duran Duran, The GoGos, Pat Benatar, The Bangles or Wham could cost you a man card. Now, they’re all on my playlist.

I went through some punk days and then grew my hair out later on as I transitioned into metal, so my secret music I loved was Prince. At that time it wasn't cool to listen to Prince in my scene. I even got my first lay to Why Doves Cry.

Nowadays I listen to a broad spectrum of music. But I still love Prince. (y)

With The Bangles you could at least say you had the hots for Susanna Hoffs, which should never cost any dude their man card.

That music made them fall off way better than metal so yes.
According to Charlie Murphy, Prince and his crew didn't change out of the platform shoes and blouses. Prince made the basketball contest Blouses vs Shirts...lol...Prince won and then cooked pancakes for everybody....

That formerly known as dude. Uber talented but hated to like his music.

Carpenters too. Somewhere I have an autographed picture my parents got for me.
