Taylor Rapp has always been terrible in coverage. It's why he lost his starting job to Fuller to begin with (had some decent play close to LOS at times) but under Morris has been reinserted as a deep safety again...I don't understand why...

Hard to really judge the offense when our offensive line is so banged up but I think we are sorely missing a deep threat. No one is scared of our WRs getting behind them so they can just sit on everything. I can't believe Tutu isn't active just for that

It's exactly what you'd expect when you play so many back ups against an elite D. I'm not embarrassed. Not by that anyway.

Give them everything short, extending drives and killing the clock to keep our offense off the field.

But at least we don’t give up big plays!

So give them the quick routes, extend drives, AND give up highlight TDs of about 50 yards average?

Only down by 8. All things considered, the Rams are still in. Make a play on defense and get back to some quicker developing pass plays.

Multiple injuries to Oline wreaks of 2019.

The only difference is we add a loser defensive scheme to the equation.

An aggressive defense is our only chance but that requires some Big Nuts of which Morris lacks.

This has been Morris' most damning move, IMO. His insistence on Rapp in coverage.

They've had YEARS to find players to replace people like Bobby Evans and strengthen depth on the OL...

I think the reality is we only down 8pts but seems like that buffalo game like we have no business being on it.

My issue is this every week every announcer says same thing we wonder and discuss. Has Stafford only really developed eyes for Kupp I get the designed plays or plays for others but are there no designed plays for ARob? I don't buy the trust thing the guy had one drop last year he is elite and I understand he he has what 2 drops but I'm still saying it's odd. No fades nothing even in his direction.

With our offensive line in the shape it is in, against this elite 49er defence, on the road, in a bit of a revenge game for them, I am not sure how much more people were expecting in terms of moving the ball. The Rams have a positional cluster of injuries on both sides of the ball.
It’s hard to overcome that.
The biggest bummer, to me. Is the lack of pass rush against a shitty & injured line. Truly a pathetic performance by that group.
