McShay Mocks Us Ty Simpson At 13

I’m just gonna assume the Rams will select Simpson at 13. That way I’m not disappointed if/when we pass up a top position player who could make an immediate impact at 13.

IMO, it would be absurd to stay and pick him at 13, but, realistically, I guess the Jets could take him at 16 if he gets past us. Suffice to say, I will be surprised and very disappointed if we do. This will not push the needle at all higher towards us winning the SB and that is what we need at 13.

Feels like the Jets are 100% on the Manning train next year or at least the top or top 2 QB next year. Not sure they go after a QB in this draft, guess FA will give us a hint maybe.

Will really be interesting to see what happens with Willis and Murray (looks like there's a shot now he stays in ARI one more year) and the one or two other FA QB options out there first and then we'll have a sense of where guys will go.

Steelers at 21 though, hard to see him get past them if he checks out and they run it back with Rodgers for one more year.

Great way to lose a ton of games is to play a rookie QB.

Doubtful. If I were a betting man, I bet the farm the selection be a WR. Especially if Delaine is off the board.

I didn’t say that I thought it would happen. Just that I’m assuming it will - just in case. No disappointments draft day.
