Looking at 2020 uniforms

As a huge soccer fan this makes me nervous.

I don’t really know what this means. Will it have just multiple sponsors on it? Can an NFL team even do that? Will it have a funky design all over? That’s super vague.

I'm assuming Allbright means that there will be gradients in the uniform. He can't really go into too many specifics and details about what is included on our uniforms, so a general statement like "it looks like a soccer uniform" is probably as far as he can go but it doesn't really do much. Either way, this only makes me more afraid. Just rip the bandaid off and release them already!

Yeah and not even a good one.

First its a T-shirt and not a jersey, where are the seams?
Second, why is the picture zoomed in and then cropped?

I love the colors, but that photo job isn't very good. If it was in a jersey style I would actually like it, but would want to see the entire jersey and pants etc.

This is from a poster on reddit, so who know's but it's something.

"Under request of anonymity, I have some info on new uniforms.


Uniforms will be released this Friday, 5/8 at 1:21:34. They will be similar to the Yellow Primaries from 1953, with royal blue numbers and similar, but updated arm striping. Pants will be white with yellow and blue striping. Aways will be similar, with yellow sleeves. Yellow and blue pants are options as well. Neither logo is on the uniform, though supposedly they were up until late last month. There is a large “Rams” word mark on the chest. Royal blue helmets with solid yellow horn, though it no longer curls as much. Face mask is white.


Throwbacks used in years past remain unchanged as a throwback option. There is a fourth option, but I wasn’t told what it was. This was from a beat writer on Twitter after I tweeted at them several, several times. They told me under no circumstances could I reveal who it was. See y’all Friday"

Unfortunately I agree with you about the “gradient” thing...sounds like that is the translation for “like a soccer uniform.”

Right now, feeling concerned that they are handling the unis like they did with the logo: overhyping it, overthinking it, and overextending the reveal.

Glad they got the colors right at least.

And as long as they don’t fuck with the horn on the helmet, the unis can’t possibly be as bad as the logo.
