I am sure they think Floyd will walk in & take a seat put up his desk name plate @ the opposite end of Ebukam along with his $10 million bank account.

However, it's my position that Floyd can do absolutely nothing to keep Og who will be in his 3rd Ram TC ....earning in a compelling fashion the starting OLB'er post & forcing "toothpick legs" Floyd to be our 1st off the bench ER on passing downs.

Floyd will be starting somewhere. He is the best cover LBer the Rams have.

They could easily kick him inside and that could be where they plan on him playing.

I wouldn't be so quick to disregard Reeder. He gets a ton of flak but he was an undrafted rookie who earned meaningful snaps on a solid defense which isn't easy to do. He isn't an elite guy but he's not competing with a top ILB group here. And physicality is a strength for him vs these others.

I expect a wide open competition this year in camp.

I’m sorry but never been a fan of Micah Kiser. I thought he was decent for a college player but never seen him transitioning to to pros more than being average to below average starter. I don’t see him as anything more than a roster/camp body. I have a feeling we might pick up a dark horse ILB prospect this draft.

I feel like we have some depth at OLB. Can't one of those guys be repurposed for ILB? Maybe Patrick?

I think Micah Fiser was a good value pick & is a ascending player. Weather he can take over as the guy in the middle is a different story.
He does good on the run, but is suspect in pass coverage. Wondering if Staley’s defense is more suiting than Wades ?

The problem with that statement is he hasn't been able to get ON the field and hasn't been able to stay healthy to prove it. Believe me I hope I have to eat a huge plate of crow being a fan but in reality I think he gets cut this year, maybe kept as depth but that's about it.

Some people just don't like giving p hope and want to be right. Time to cut your losses and cut him and give that shot to somebody who can be something. Looking for the next London Fletcher this draft!
