Bears are resilient. 2 score lead on them is nothing so be prepared for a nail biter.Everything in my logical brain tells me we should curb stomp the Bears but the NFL is a cruel bitch at times. Bears have a really mediocre pass rush, defense in general is ok but gets pushed around, they lost their LT, their RBs are ok but not great... we SHOULD be able to control this game. They can be dangerous passing and they have some ballhawks in the secondary. I agree with what others have said that this should be a 13 personnel heavy game and take it to them running and using TEs to control the game.
A two score lead against any team has been a nail bitter lately.Bears are resilient. 2 score lead on them is nothing so be prepared for a nail biter.
can almost guarantee the Rams get the early game and Pats are in Prime Time
No idea if this is accurate cause i think he's just guessing but if true we want Steelers to win which is probably unlikely.

Hopefully KDOT can play,. If so, thats HUGE.I dont know - I can see Rams Bears being the night game - the Pats just did SNF
I don't hate the extra day to heal up for Dotson and Ferg - I don't know how close those guys are - or if there is any chance for them this weekend or not. - edit - looks like they have a good chance to play.
I remember. In that era, it was not unusual. Ron Brown was a member of a gold medal-winning USA relay team at the 1984 Summer Olympics held in LA.
Was that the game against frisco at Anaheim in '89?I remember.
I've been watching the Rams since 1967 when I was 6 years old when my dad took me to a game.
Ron Brown also had some really badly timed fumbles.
There's a famous clip of him kneeling behind John Robinson after a bad fumble almost trying to beg John Robinson to forgive him and John Robinson totally ignoring him.
I'm not sure. Was that the game against frisco at Anaheim in '89?
BTW, also a RAMS fan since 1967 when I turned 9.
Hard to root for either of them, however, I think the SheCocks are a better team and have home field throughout. Can't root for the whiners in any capacity, but, if they so happen to win, I think it benefits us.So the Niners play Saturday? Sucks for them they play on a short week
What angered me was everyone knew it was the championship game. We were so damn close that year.Yeah, 152 yards of offense and 9 first downs was pitiful. ED's longest run was 9 yards. Defense only allowed 17. But 89 was waaaay more frustrating to me. We had a better offense and a better QB.
Easy on the condescension. It is not being a doom bird to know that this offense has a tendency to play down to lesser units at times.Bears gave up 134 ypg rushing during the regular season. Some of you doom birds need to look into to how good their defense isn't.
The Witherspoon era is officially closed. I am thankful for some of the play he showed last season down the stretch. He was a real pro for us but won't be starting again after this offseason.Ugh, Witherspoon's biggest issue most of his career has been availability. Need to beef that position up in the offseason.
It goes way deeper than Loveland. Their QB will be running free all day. They also have three wideouts who will be at advantage in their draws. I presume Lake will be assigned to Loveland. Williams must be licking his damn chops.Colston Loveland is gonna be a problem
20-0. And Dieter Brock was the RAMS QB.I'm not sure.
My favorite John Robinson moment that was the playoff game against Dallas where we're running the ball so successfully with Dickerson that early in the 4th quarter, Tom Landry literally threw in the white flag and started putting in his second stringers. I totally dominating Rams performance.
I've read nothing but negative posts from several members since Saturday afternoon. Thry have every right to make those posts. Just as I have every right to make fun of them or challenge their negativity. Honestly reading what some people are saying is depressing and makes me think we're the Raiders not the Rams. What angered me was everyone knew it was the championship game. What I expect it to look like is when Chicago needs a score they will have a high chance of getting it. This secondary must tighten up in the redzone basically, it'll be a "whoever forces field goals wins" type game.
If our offense dominates then sure we could win that way too. But you never know what you're gonna get with those boys when it comes to redzone potency. They'll move up and down the field on Chicago for sure. But we will need the offense to lead this team and that worries me.

Focusing on the conversation itself is always preferable to laying down labels on those who have a different take. But by all means carry on with your bad self.I've read nothing but negative posts from several members since Saturday afternoon. Thry have every right to make those posts. Yeah there's a lot of people complaining about that on social media. Saying the Bears and Rams should play on Saturday but both of them played on a short week last week and Niners had a regular week to prepare so it evens out imo. Hell Rams have played two games in a row on short weeks. I'm so used to NFL screwing us on schedules I'm actually shocked we get a reprieve for a change. So the Niners play Saturday? Sucks for them they play on a short week
