I’d love either Olson or Gruden. Under Olson, both Bulger and Jackson had career years in his one season as Rams OC. Gruden is great at scheming strong run game and he’s obviously close with McVay. Both prob won’t be looked at as HC either.
OK ... I am pretty sure you are just kidding ... Ha Ha.
However, given recent history concerning Rams' staff, could you please use blue font just so we can be sure.

O'Connell has been fantastic for us, I'm glad he's getting a shot. Mcvay blocked him from going with Staley last year so it's cool that that paid off for him and he gets a chance to lead a team.
O'Connell should thank McVay for blocking him from leaving to the Chargers. Now instead he's going to be a HC. Very nice promotion.

Morris needs to get hired away. Then we get a comp pick right? I’m all in for Fangio for DC. As long as McVay is here, it doesn’t matter who our OC is so hire away!
The jobs are dwindling though and I'm shocked Harbaugh didn't get hired.
Brown seems like a good internal option for Offensive Coordinator. Possibly Phillips.
Could also see McVay trying to bring back Liam Coen who seems like a rising star.
