I'd trade him to wherever he wanted to go provided that team was offering reasonably competitive compensation. The Commodes have $90M in cap space and could use a veteran presence. Probably won't get much in return, but I could see them being interested. Now, do the Rams trade him to an NFC contender?
634 catches, 7776 yards, 57 TD. 3rd, 4th and 3rd most in Rams history.
Another 56 catches, 742 yards, 7 TD in the postseason. 1st, 2nd, and 1st.
When the trade is a salary dump the value of the player is eroded. It also was the case with Cooks. Rams will eat that value in exchange to get out from under the salary.I'm getting a bit tired of that "taking less" thing. Got fleeced on Ramsey and about to get fleeced on Kupp. 2 HOF level players leaving our roster nonetheless.
Sure, the guy balled out for us. Going forward, we should do what makes the team better. Kupp is gonna get paid either way. He'll not suffer much.
Agreed. He might get another title under Harbaugh. Just hope he can stay healthy, that's his biggest problem. Guys like him who are great with the option routes and being so smart on the field... That can buy time where they're effective longer than they should be. He just has to maybe run out of bounds a bit more and try to get to the playoffs so he can beast.Man I’d love for Coop to end up with Herbert and Harbaugh. I do NOT want him wasting away in some hellhole like Tennessee or Jacksonville.
If this backfires, and they get no one notable in FA to help Puka/Def we will be 5-12 6-11. Then its safe to say Snead and Mcvay should be fired. There has to be big reason to auto kick Kupp to the curb after all hes done.
Is it though? I respect your opinion! If we have another 2022 season on our hands, everyone will be on here bitching and calling for thier heads! Just like earlier this year when we were 1-4 and I kept saying we were a playoff team. Most didnt listen. Most wanted to out Shula too in his first 2 games.I think it's "safe to say" THAT is an Awful Take.
Yes, I think it is.Is it though?
As a general rule, I try to not over-react ... positively or negatively. There are exceptions.I respect your opinion!
That was a disaster due to injury. Almost every season, there are one or two teams that are so badly hit with injuries, they have NO Realistic Chance to be successful. If we have another 2022 season on our hands,
Fans over-react ... good and bad. Their emotions can make some Great fans fucking stupid.everyone will be on here bitching and calling for thier heads!
Feel free to check some posts when the Rams were 1-3 and 1-4.Just like earlier this year when we were 1-4 and I kept saying we were a playoff team.
I don't know that I agree with ... "most".Most didnt listen. Most wanted to out Shula too in his first 2 games.
