Just mentioned it in another thread. Very dirty team. F the Lions. Poverty franchise. The more I think about this loss, the more it burns me up. Lions didn't deserve it. They were hanging on for dear life all 2nd half and needed the refs to gift wrap it for them to do so successfully. Did Detroit get a single penalty in the 2nd half?I'm surprised we haven't been talking about the TWO headshots puka took in additional to the one kyren took and Stafford took. All in the second half too.
I dunno if they got a penalty but they sure didn't get one where it mattered. And we got a holding on a bull crap play that took us out of field goal range.Just mentioned it in another thread. Rob Havenstein did a zoom press conference earlier today. it's on the Rams Team site.I dunno if they got a penalty but they sure didn't get one where it mattered. And we got a holding on a bull crap play that took us out of field goal range.
Was not holding. On a couple of levelsRob Havenstein did a zoom press conference earlier today. it's on the Rams Team site.
I found his comments on the holding call interesting.
Havenstein took full responsibility, and did not suggest in any way that he thought it was a bad call.
Would not expect him to criticize the refs but he could have couched his reply to suggest it was a borderline.
His exact quotes were as follows:
"100% my fault. I can't do that.
Will think about that one for a while.
It was just a mistake in crunch time that can't happen. Unfortunately, it did.
Hurt the Team because of it. I am going to think about that one for awhile."
I'm not sure about the holding call. Would have liked to see another angle. The non-PI call on the Rams first possession of the second half, and the non-holding / non-PI call on their final offensive plays were brutal.
Was not holding. On a couple of levels
1. Didn't see a grab
2. When a DL uses a rip move there can be no holding on the rip part of the move -- it would have to be something else like a grab
3. Didn't see a grab

I watched that play 20x and I still cant see where the hold was
This MFer Iron Lion gave me a chill when I posted something about Kirby's cheap shot on Higbee. So, I sent him this response.I'm not usually like this but I will be watching the Lions this weekend in the hope of seeing some of their players carted off and I hope it starts with that little punk ass Kirby.
I'm waiting for them to start a vanishing thong thread.Boobies thread?
No wonder I couldnt see it. Lol!!!If you are watching the play posted above by @JimY53 ... STOP! ... because that is NOT the holding call play.
Reminds me Guerrero Negro areaI guess it will come down to the dirty bowl, Niners vs Lions. I'm going to go fishing in MX. Maggie's family lives in a small sleepy hamlet on a beautiful beach on the Pacific coast of Baja. No license needed to fish from the beach. Cast out and sit on my lawn chair with my cooler of ice with beer next to me. They only have Pacifico down there but that's fine.
That's interesting. From the angle they showed it looked like the pass rusher tried to bend the edge and fell before havs even got full hands on him. Maybe he pulled him down.Rob Havenstein did a zoom press conference earlier today. it's on the Rams Team site.
