Everyone that is participating in this frequents these digs on a regular basis right? So, why don't we start right away and say after someone picks, you have up to 8 hours to pick. That way, we can do a few rounds. Of course, if someone forgets to check in, we would have to have a default BPA ranking so that person automatically gets the top guy left on the list and the draft keeps moving.

I like your idea Husker, but my work day can be 9 to 11 hours depending on business. 8 Hours would probably not cut it for me.
