One thing I just decided to make is a big batch of Braised Leeks with Cream and White Wine sauce. You eat this with a good crusty bread. The smell of this dish alone is like heaven. The Cream and White Wine sauce is made with anchovies. Once done cooking... the dish kinda looks too pretty to eat... but it tastes even better than it looks. In my experiences, the dishes that look super pretty don't usually have a taste that's as good as the looks... this one is a real exception.
I'm still thinking about what I want to make in addition to this. That Leek dish is basically an appetizer kind of thing.
