@HX76 @ScotsRam and my other Ram Bruddas from across the pond...

There's a guy that works with my business originally from The UK. Since I told him about learning of Brown Sauce from you guys in the Hamburger Thread, he decided to bring this stuff in to me so I could taste it for myself. He just gave it to me an hour ago so I haven't tried any yet.

I’ve got to be say I like all of that stuff. @ScotsRam will be all over the shortbreads I reckon. I’m intrigued as to what you think of the salad cream, I love it but loads don’t. I’d have that in a sarney not on salad though. The Branson pickle goes well with cheese obviously. What a nice fella for bringing that stuff in for you, you can tell he’s one of us ha ha.

The branston is where it's at. Get that on a piece* with ham and cheese.

*a piece is what we call a sandwich in scotland. Traditionally a piece is a jam sandwich. No peanut butter in it tho, we arent weirdos like you lot.

The HP brown sauce you need to get on a sausage sandwich. Get some fried onions on there too.

I didn’t “love” HP at first.

I grew up using A1 with a steak... my first HP was on a steak and it didn’t taste right. By 3rd try... it started to flip. Now it’s HP all the way.

I like it with other stuff, too.

Did you know HP stands for Houses of Parliament? Any I think Selassie should make a nice fry up and have the brown sauce with that. Delicious.

Fry up is a British cooked breakfast. You might know it as a full english - bacon, sausages, beans, fried tomatoes and mushrooms, fried egg etc

OK... glad I asked. LOL

So Brown Sauce is not just for dinner.

I'll try it on different things.

“Let me fry that up for you real quick”

That term probably came from something as simple as that?

And yes... HP great on breakfast like that.
