Oh I do. With Brady in the Super Bowl he’s not going to rest until he gets back to one. Ryan still has 2-3 years left in him, BB can try to win one without the DB12I don't see Belichek sending a first rounder for an above average 36 year old QB.
Because it's completely out of the realm that the Rams could acquire him in a trade. He will give a list of teams he'd accept a trade to and somebody will pony up big time to get him. It wont be the Rams unless they included Aaron Donald in the deal....I haven't seen a single article anywhere outside of Ramville that suggest the Rams are a potential trade partner. Watson stated yesterday that the Dolphions are not number 1 on his list, but that he does like the Jets coach.
Personally I dislike trading so much for a single person...even QB. Watson could go down again and then what?
And by the way here's a prediction... By this time next year the talk will be about McVay introducing a new model with QBs that counters the massive pay structure.
In other words NCAA transitioned to spread offenses in answer to the NFL poaching QBs. It was recognition that most programs could not afford to invest in these QBs only to see them snapped up. And now the NFL is going to go through the same BS. Right now the QB position is so difficult due to the versatility and specializing you see with defenses that they have to pay these guys stupid money from the supply & demand side.
But by this time next year teams will be talking about a "new model" which is basically as I have mentioned before what some guys like Greg Roman have been doing for years. The difference is it is now a model because McVay does it. And the media will pick up on the long term benefits it has to the cap as well when you don't have to pay a fucking QB a bajillion dollars.
I heard the other day he wants the Jets.
That he likse Salah

I would definitely be for this if you have an offensive guru who you believe in his system and develop QBs. Treat it almost like a RB -- drafting a new one each year using non-1st round pick to do so. Occasionally a 2nd (Akers), one year a 3rd (Hendo), one year a 7th / UDFA, etc. Develop them each year and best one plays. Occasionally you hit on a couple and trade one to recoup extra picks. But no huge, LT extensions. Hope to get a good one on a good extension before he truly goes off; but if not then trade him in that last year for extra picks and move onto next guy. Trusting your development and system. Thus, enabling you to have $$$ spent on a top OL; as well as defense, WRs, etc.And by the way here's a prediction... Pretty much. There have been coaches doing that, like Roman. But I don't think anyone has connected the dots on a structured approach that way from the org level. It's coming IMO. It has to be. These QB salaries are fucking stupid.I would definitely be for this if you have an offensive guru who you believe in his system and develop QBs. Doesn't mean it will happen but the scenario does fit and is awfully familiar. Especially since the agent has already had one successful transaction in Jalen to LA. Then as a fan you add that little post that Jalen made on Instagram and then jourdan zoom interview where she says Jalen is good at tipping you off without giving anything up until some time later when your like oh so that's what he meant.... Now i understand. It's just a theory but it is hopeful and does kind of get the wheels turning. Not to mention how brash Mcvay and Snead have been. So I'm not saying it will happen but those pieces all do fit very well. Just a theory that's all don't crush me lolol.

Make it happen Snead, even if you have to trade @Ewe83 to be a Houston fan idc! Get it done!
