Rams played up.

D line was devastating tonight.
Some times I am a little picky on things. Played up sounds like they play over their heads. I would say they played to the level of the talent.
They played with total focus. They had a lot to distract them during Nov. Plus OBJ and Miller made plays. They are starting to settle in.

Now we just need the Roaring Lions to take out the Desert Birds next weekend to make things really, really interesting!!!

Well it could happen. A team playing on Monday night with a road game following, has a 63% chance of losing. Read it somewhere a while back. Plus Goff has had the Cardinals number. Plus it looks like Murry is limping again and Conners got hurt. Only problems are the starting running back is healthy and Detroit is bad. But it could happen.

It was a response to another question.

Did the Rams Play up, or did the Cards play down?

The Cards didn't give us the game.
We played well.

After hearing Ramsey, Hav, Hendo, Higbee, Rochell, and Deayon were out...

I had no doubt in my mind Rams would win this game

Just finished watching on game pass... AND WOW
Defense showed up and finally that front stepped up. A depleted secondary got burned a few times but I think credit is due to the scheme for once because we didn't give any free TDs though the air.
Stafford was on top of his game and made some big throws.

It is the exact right time for this win. It is a team unifying performance and Donald gets to chase Russell Wilson all day next week, nothing better to keep the fire burning.
This was virtually a playoff game, in prime time, on the road, and what a show!

I got up at 5.30 am to watch this and almost didn't bother. I thought we had zero chance.

And I have a guilty confession.

I was almost relieved when they tied it up before the half because I thought if we went in up McVay he'd lose his record of never losing when up at the half.

I know that is utterly preposterous and I need a good kick in the bollocks, but I was convinced we'd pluck a loss from the jaws of victory.

I spent the entire second half fighting nausea but it was worth it.

Staffords best game in horns, he was incredible.

Donald's best game of the season and by the end Murray was wearing a weird brown patch on his ass that appeared to be coming from the inside.

Kupp just being Kupp. What can you say about the guy?

Gaines getting better and better and Miller starting to show.

And some surprisingly disciplined secondary play against what is a fucking good passing attack.

Other than missing that blatant face mask the officials did ok too.

I just hope that Stafford recent performances were because he was playing hurt and he really isn't this insanely streaky because if that is the case and when we get the covid missing players back we can do some damage.

I was wrong and I've never been so happy about it.

Props to McVay for bringing the team together under dire circumstances. Stafford, Kupp, Van, OBJ, Sony and the OL played really well.

AD was AD and boy did we need it.

Really thoughtful of the league to let Donald have back to back midget tossing games too
10 sacks for Donald. Probably have 13 after the midget 2 game.

Right there with you brother. Thought there was no way we would even be competitive in this game. But super proud of the boys. Props to AD and the defense for setting the tone early. I thought this win was much much more impressive than the TB win. And if we were to show that we're a serious contender we needed to win this game and we did. AZ is such a good team and we had a lot of starters out and still took it to them.

This was Stafford's best game for sure given the pressure of the moment and his last month of football. We needed this one bad.
