Hits too close to home...This one, I find a little disturbing.
Didn't see that question. Now I like your answer. It was a response to another question.
Did the Rams Play up, or did the Cards play down?
The Cards didn't give us the game.
We played well.
Hard to stay positive sometimes.turned on the tv around 7:15and heard the news about Ramsey and Higbeast and was pissed. Walking around the house saying fuckity fuck fuck, no way they will win, not making playoffs after starting 7-1 blah blah blah.
Its a good thing all my wifes shows were repeats because I had no intention on watching the game.
Halftime I told my wife the Rams would win and I was staying up to watch the rest.
And this is what the Rams look like when the Rams DO show up.I think some of it was Cards thinking they won this game. They barely showed up.
Against at all odds. Missing quite a few key pieces and going against a healthy, great AZ team, we won. And I thought we'd get absolutely rolled.
Congrats to the Rams. This was a huge TEAM win and showed that when we play our game, we're absolutely a contender.
A big piece of that? Sony Michel.
Also, Stafford playing a flawless game.
Covid plus injuries going to be wrecking teams the next few weeks... also what made this game extra important.I would be very nervous with how the injuries are piling up.

This was supposed to be a response to the post about putting our top receivers in on onside kicks. My phone is screwing me up.I would be very nervous with how the injuries are piling up.
I am very worried at how the covid thing progresses as this week goes on. A couple new people every day test positive it could get ugly. All though hopefully it's early enough in the week that it won't matter and people will be testing negative by the weekend.I see a

This is gonna be like last year's Pats game...pull it off the shelf and watch when I'm having a bad day. What a great way too end the game. With a sack from AD99
That's the only other stretch of 5 or more I know of but not sure about the 60sIn the 70's they had 7 straight division titles and 8 straight playoff appearances ... but have never had a streak like that since.
I agree. I believe Novembers losses were for 2 reason more than any othesr. Stafford was having a back issue and the team was dealing with a massive amount of distractions. I believe Stafford was dealing with multiple issues, the back being the most serious. These issues caused his accuracy issues which has never been an issue for him. As many of us know back issues can cause you to do things you wouldn't normally do when trying to protect it. You might not see things around you as clearly hence some bad decisions. The distraction of Miller, OBJ and most importantly, the loss of Woods. Not to mention the DJax issue, and the injuries to key receiver back ups all at once. They lost focus and it showed. And this is what the Rams look like when the Rams DO show up.
I think we could look pretty damn good in the playoffs if we show up like this AND get our players back.
Even John Robinson had a nice streak of winning seasons until the wheels came off after the Everett phantom sack in the '90 NFC championship game.In the 70's they had 7 straight division titles and 8 straight playoff appearances ... but have never had a streak like that since.
