4 Wins against last year's playoff teams and a loss to a division rival. I'll take it.
It’s exactly where I thought we’d be but with the loss being tonight. I figured we’d still own the Cards but ….Thursday, fans back in the stands, blah blah

Morris started to play Staley's aggressive style and when he did the results were just like last year. When he backed off and went passive it was just like Sunday. Chill?
Could you elaborate on this a bit? For example could you name a few of ”Staleys“ plays that we ran that made you write this? Not asking for time stamps in the game or anything crazy just what kind of “Staley” coverages did you notice? What about “Staley“ Blitzes? Do you recognize the blitzes/coverages enough to name them?

Seems to me you’re just crediting good things to Staley and bad things to Morris.

was that when rapp jumped into him? that's what caused the injury, otherwise williams would have just kept falling forwards.

.
There were two or three BitBs downfield by the Hawks receivers where they eliminated would be tacklers. Williams wasn't the only one. Line judges and back judges should have been in position to call that.

What the hell was up with Matt Gay?

Defense still looked less than stellar. And the fact that they didn't go for blood when Wilson got hurt, but instead just laid down for him is maddening.

Stafford had a bad pick, but overall a damn good game. It took Tom Brady about 7-8 weeks before he felt good in the TB offense.

He still has the opportunity to learn and get better. That's not going to happen with him on the bench. I'm hopeful he has a bright future and hope Morris has the same vision. Kid could be special.
He makes plays on the ball. Long doesn't. He big and fast. He will be a stud at corner.

And just saw the replay of DWill getting blocked in the back getting his ankle cut out from under him. Refs need to call that to limit those types of plays and future injuries. Steaming mad if I'm McVay
I believe he got hurt by Rapp jumping over the pile and coming down on his shoulder when he was on one knee. Caused him to fall back awkwardly and tweak his ankle. Or maybe tweak it more. Rapp has tunnel vision. Should have seen Williams.

And fuck you Brandon Shell. Not sure if you saw the last play of him rolling up on Floyd. Then giving the pity are you ok. Fuck that guy!
Why the FUCK was any key player in the field on that last hawk drive??

i really thought the back up qb would once again win the game for the opposition. the rams d just has some mental block where they can't do shit once they send the starting qb to the bench injured. we've seen it so many times. if fuller didn't slyly knock down lockett who knows what would have happened.

please attack the back up qb like he's the starter. don't know why the whole defense relaxes when the back up is in there. it's not like they haven't lost 5 or more games due to this fact.

.
My exact thoughts

Also want to give props to Joseph-Day who had a pretty good game I thought. He was a road block on that line. Him and AD controlled the line of scrimmage the whole game.

Stafford: 25/37 67.5% 1 TD 1 INT
Wilson: 11/16 68.5% 1 TD 1 INT
Geno: 10/17 58.8% 1 TD 1 INT

This difference isn't as bad as you think.
Wilson- team scored 7 points in 3 Q
Smith- team scored 10 points in 1 Q

Weird night, but he hit it when he needed to, which is whats important. Had he missed the long FG in the end it would have given them a short field to get 7, so making it a two possession game makes up for the missed XP and out of bounds kicks IMO.

Sort of makes up for it, but damn, bad night for him.

Good question. And Geno Smith running the offense like they had a chance in the world. Hand the ball off, run the clock and end the game. Moronic approach by the Seahawks trying to get points there down 9 - risking injury to our players AND their own.

The year is 2021. Why can we not get a microphone to those asking questions.
Right!! I know there are plenty of conference set ups that have microphones that can be spread around the room. It’s not that hard.
