Those stats are skewed of course because they put him in at the end of the game and ran him into the teeth of the D, keeping the clock running. I found it odd at the time and seemed like there was an ulterior agenda behind it. That's a duty for your 3rd string back. It was if it was a message.

Maybe he called out the coaches for tipping the play (run vs pass) every time he’s in the backfield resulting in 1 yd per carry?

IMO the Rams haven’t handled RB by committee very well for awhile now.

Cam could be a pain in the ass behind the scenes but both could be true.

If - and this is still an if - This is another instance of him quitting on the team (for whatever reason), he won't play another down for the Rams. The only question would be whether they get anything for him or just release him. And my guess would be likely the latter after the opening day performance.
