I'm outta here for the day y'all are depressing and can't even accept the fact we needed a quality starting QB that met 2 requirements 1 not injury prone 2 not fresh outta college cutting his teeth against real defenses. Why don't y'all show some class and see how foles plays before saying this trade is stupid were not children were grown ass men

our top priority is o-line for now, we can still get a top 5 talent at 20, trust the front office man. They have done a solid job this far. Not to mention we were gonna have to pay through the nose next year if SB did have a good year.
It was just time to move on
O-line isn't the Rams' only problem.

I think we need to calm down and trust Fisher/Snead.

First of all, Foles for swapping first round picks would be a fair trade. We could have cut Bradford, so why include him in the trade? Unless there are some cap ramifications I am unaware of, it would be because Philly wanted him. Chip Kelly is a strange dude, as he's shown - but no other team would realistically trade for Bradford with that contract. I believe Kelly wants Bradford, but that's neither here nor there.

IF we swapped first round picks, I have to believe we got a 2nd or 3rd or some other picks in THIS draft from Philly. Otherwise we could have just given up picks for Foles.

As of right now, I hate this trade. But the bigger question is who is Nick Foles. Is he last years guy or the guy from 2013 and how much of it was the system? I am fine moving on from Bradford and the cap space is nice but is Foles the answer? I guess we need to see what happens with money saved, hopefully that brings Barksdale and Britt back along with Wiz or something along those lines.

You win, by not making the trade. I'd rather no trade be made than a bad one
You don't make the trade then you're stuck with a big cap hit this year and a new contract that's even bigger next year all for potential. Go with Foles and at least you have a healthy fresh start.
It's gonna sting for a while, but it was the right move

Les was apart of the crippling Falcons trade for Julio Jones was he not?. Maybe he isn't as smart as we thought? Or more reckless than we thought. I don't know.

I just cannot fathom trading 1sts with the possible talent that could be in your laps at #10. And to THROW IN a 2nd? Um, what?

Sorry if I'm not "respecting Foles" but maybe it's that I don't trust a players stats that comes from a Chip Kelly offense.

Dude, I was sat in the University library writing my dissertation. Needless to say, work has been saved, PC logged out of, and I'm straight over the students union for a freaking double...

Rumor: Bradford and #10 to Tennessee for #2 and picks.

I really hope we didn't miss out on that.

I hate the trade - but lets look forwards...

Now we've got pick 20 in the draft. Lets start looking at what we can do with that. Can we trade out of it and stock up on mid round picks? Make some deals to get 2 firsts for next year and make a run at a QB then??

How much cap room do we have now? Has anyone worked it out? Who could we be targeting in FA with that money? Revis?

Again, one year of being in bad cap space is better than giving away your future for an average to below average player.

Trust me, if Foles was any good, the Eagles would not be trading him. You just don't trade good QBs in this league

That's what I think they're going to do. Makes sense for both Tennessee and Philly - would be a heck of a smart move by Chip Kelly. We've been hosed....
