Call me crazy but I want that TE the Raiders got last year, had a good year, and hasn’t done shit this year since getting Bowers. Myers from Notre Dame.

I want to make a trade for him for our run this year. That’s something we are missing and he has some serious skills.
Mayer would be awesome. McVay does like ND players!!

Would a trade for Mayer qualify as a “blockbuster deal”?

Maybe if we gave up Stafford and/or Kupp…

If we’re giving up Stafford and Kupp, I want their next two firsts and their second, and Mayer.

Raider fans that I know are funny. A guy with a podcast in his studio apartment suggests a trade proposal and everyone's "Did you hear the Raiders are trading for (insert name)?"

Give up Stafford or Kupp for a backup second round pick?

Schefter, from today, 09/28, fwiw, if anything,

Pierce told reporters after an embarrassing 36-22 loss at home that he thought "there were definitely some individuals that made business decisions, and we'll make business decisions going forward as well."

Those comments led to speculation the Raiders would consider trading Adams, but that is not currently an option -- nor was it last summer.

The Raiders rejected multiple teams that approached them over the summer, inquiring whether Adams would be available in a trade, according to league sources. The Raiders considered an Adams trade a nonstarter and turned away at least two teams before an offer could even be made, according to sources.

Not for that take (Michael Mayer is a talented player) but you are a little Goofy.
That’s what you call hot takes, but you somewhat of a Puff!

Does Mayer move the needle for this offense?
Boy has hands but not too athletic. I think he would upgrade us but timing would be strange with Long just putting out a strong game. Of course Long can't be trusted to be healthy.

Mayer may not be Bowers but he would be pretty dynamic. Heck, I'd rather have him than Adams.
Hard to call trading for him a blockbuster, but considering regular season trades in the NFL arent very common I'll take it
