Yeah, the OC's have been so picked over the last few cycles that there just aren't enough guys who are ready or even near ready in the pipeline this year.
If the GM and HC are not in line you get the Jeff Fisher Rams.
Figured Harbaugh would want to choke that fuck. The owner should have had the skids greased on that from the beginning btw, where if your coach of choice wants his own GM you make it happen.

Question one needs to ask was how much of the failures in Miami were on GM and and how much were on coach.
But love him as an OC.
He's definitely one of the better minds at drawing it up.
Raiders also have two excellent pieces in that offense in Jeanty and Bowers. And some complimentary types too that might look better with a guy like McD coaching the offense. But he'd worry me on the culture side, I think he's too laid back.

I want to see if there's any possibility of prying Jack Bech out of the Raiders. I think he'd be a perfect #3 receiver for us.

Why would a team bereft of talent at the WR position trade a promising young player?
Raiders have Tre Tucker going in to his last year and Bech as the top 2 returning WR
I guess they would consider if the Rams were to throw a 1st rounder at them, which I wouldnt like, but thats about it
True. I'd be willing to throw a 2027 second-round pick at them, but that's the highest I go, and you make a good point.
