Why all the hate on Fields? He’s too talented to dismiss so early in his career. Let’s see what he can do with some weapons. I personally love the move.

I agree. It appears to be just what the Bears needed. Fields should be the starter next year. He’s as good or better than anyone they would have drafted. But Fields needs to be used differently if he is their answer at QB. He will continue yo get hurt if he runs the ball 10 times a game.

He has been running for his life. He has the talent. He needs some help. Sometimes it just takes time for young QBs. With some maturity and help, he may be more like Mahomes and move around looking more to pass. It's hard with his speed and running ability to not go for with his legs when he sees an opening. Looking forward to seeing what he can do with some better players around him.

Richardson is your huckleberry if you want to run the Ravens offense. Young is overrated and undersized.

WTF - Goff took The Rams to a Superbowl. Detroit was one of the HOTTEST TEAMS in The NFL!!

Freaking Goff ran like a ballerina,but his TOUGHNESS & FIGHT is unquestionable.

As a RAMS Fan I NEVER felt like The Rams were ever Out of a Game with Jared Goff as QB.
—The Baltimore Game AD99 (Rams)played like Crap lossing 50- 0 for all a can remember.
Sean Mcvay wanted to make him the SCAPEGOAT!! He came in & beat The SEAHAGs to take Rams to GB. Where AD99 cried.
AD99 is one of The HARDEST WORKING NFL players in History!!

Talking Bears QB’s Nick Foles was a Dumb trade,but saying(fisher) a player can’t win a Superbowl or have DAWG in him is false.
Then again that Clay Matthews hit still stings,but not protecting your QB is another thing. Ask Sam Bradford.

Then again The Rams traded for Nick Foles & had Case Keenum together for another season.in 2017 they both were in The NFC Championship Game.

Wow… I’d be surely amazed if the Panthers don’t take Stroud.

Richardson is good but he needs a lot of work on his accuracy and isn’t a #1 overall.

I promise you Stroud can get it done on his feet if he needs to.

Richardson is as big and fast as there has ever been at the QB position. (6' 4" +235lbs w/a +4.4sec 40).

DB's have often shied away from making a real effort to solo tackle him when he's going full throttle (and I would, too )

However, maddeningly inconsistent accuracy and head scratching decision making will test the mettle of his NFL coaches.

Despite the rare athletic gifts, it's hard to believe he is in the conversation as a top QB pick.

The young man would greatly benefit by sitting, watching, and learning from a real pro QB for a year.

Looks like he won't have that luxury.

If you’re talking Carolina IMO Andy Dalton will be the starting QB. Frank Reacht won’t start a rookie day 1?He sat behind Jim Kelly.
I was told Baker might came back to The Rams. Either way he & Sam Darnold are playing for a
long term contract. Sam beat Baker out.
I told a niner fan yesterday that Sam will start & he was not happy with the signing knowing Purdy is out a little saying how good he is.
I’m a true believer in the process of grooming a QB & not reaching for one. NFL teams have done Tge WRONG thing for years.
Sam Bradford is still the HIGHEST PAID rookie ever. Cam Newton is already out of the league . He won FLORIDA a National Championship.
There are few (rare)QB’s that can handle it.That’s asking a lot.Actually what Purdy did last season was amazing.I don’t know what any of the niner QB’s will do,but watch out for Sam.He is what I call a ascending player(qb) moving into his prime.
Talk about his first 5 years ? It’s not easy ,but last season he beat out Baker & almost went to the playoffs without cmc. Now he is reunited with him & his old HC.

He's Tua with a better arm. Might succeed, I mean who knows, but just because teams are desperate doesn't mean it makes sense to put a short signal caller that high.

Brees went round 2 which was appropriate even though he had plenty of film of throwing with anticipation. Not being able to see the field matters when you're splitting hairs on those top guys.

I’m a believer of experienced QB’s. A College QB coming out after his Jr. Season needs at least a season.

Kaleb might be the exception. Lawrence is the real deal & he just now is starting to get it.

Goff when in Detroit took awhile just to get into Detroits new system. Add The TEAM also has to be sound,which normally isn’t the case when selecting #1 or #2 overall.
