I would have more respect if he just said..
We clearly are going to suck in 23 and we all know it but we will be back in 2024. We know what the hell we are doing as demonstrated by our 2 NFC championships and Lombardi. So keep supporting us and come out and see our new kids before they become superstars on our next championship team.

I actually thought Demoff’s communication was well constructed & on point for a Dartmouth man.
Of course they plan to compete. With the roster they have. Every team plans to compete. Some teams don't have the talent other teams have. We look to be one of those teams with less talent.
No, it just proves the cap is real despite what some want to believe.

Doesn’t this guy have a ROD handle? Why wouldn’t he just spill it on here? Makes no sense, but OK.
It appears Kevin and the front office believe that the current roster will remain healthy and over achieve at certain positions. Many of us doubt it. I do believe if the team is in the race for the West before the trade deadline then moves will be made. I have my doubts but so does everyone else.
Oh come on now, that's just silly. The dude is responsible for helping to sell tickets. Stan would fire him if Demoff said "we clearly are going to suck."
I for one liked Demoff's letter. I thought he struck a good balance between "acknowledging the obvious difficult reality" and "trying to add a positive spin."
Mainly, I'm glad to hear they plan to spend a lot of $ again in 2024 and beyond. The Rams aren't cheapskates and I believe him when he says their goal is to win multiple Lombardis.
