Yeah the Rams are far from safe when it comes to losing coaches. It already looks like Evero is gone and at least one or both of McConnel or Morris could go. Then you’d have to wonder if they take any Rams coaches with them.

This Rams coaching staff could be gutted.

But the beauty of it is that the Rams will get the top talent to replace as folks will line up for the chance to be on McVay’s tree.
And not to diminish any of the contributions from any of the coaches, but as long as we have McVay to keep the offense in tact and Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey anchoring the D, the foundation for success will be there waiting for the news coach

It probably isn't and unfortunately we aren't likely to see it stop. But fortunately McVay seems to be replacing skilled coaches with skilled coaches. Just gotta take that silver lining.

Never in my life have I seen a coaching tree get poached so quickly. 4 head coaches plus numerous key assistants in 5 years is absolutely nuts. Just fucking insane. And all are successful, quality coaches. The respect McVay has established around the league in just five years is literally unprecedented.

Some coaching losses are bigger than others. I mean look at Olsen going to the Raiders to be their OC. That was a big loss for Goff because Olsen's a known guru of teaching protections.

Speaking of Olsen if he's available with the HC change which is likely the Rams OC job is a perfect fit for him.

Seems the hold up on the Leftwich hire in Jacksonville is he's a combo hire with Adrian Wilson and they have to satisfy the Rooney rule for the GM spot so they have to give a sham interview to a minority candidate even though they're hiring a minority candidate.
