There was a time when the Rams offense gave defensive coordinators fits. Now the defense is getting offensive coordinators fired.

Holmes will get hired as a GM, and he's earned it. Frankly, I'm surprised FO poaching of the Rams hasn't happened earlier. That would put Ted Monago in line for the spot and he looks very qualified for the job and he's been with the Rams since this whole rebuild of Snead's began.

Cameron needs to learn how the NFL teams work.

Because Holmes is a minority. That's the only reason.

That said, he's more than earned it; he's the guy who lobbied for Fuller, I believe, along with many other players.

Like @oldnotdead stated, I'm shocked that there hasn't been more poaching of Snead's scouts.

Would hate to lose this guy. Imagine if he had some draft capital to work with? Rams have worked wonders with what little draft assets they have had.

Didn't even know there was a thread :) Been posting this stuff for weeks in the coaching thread haha. Yeah hate to lose him but would absolutely like to see him excel as long as it's out of division. Plus the comp pick wouldn't suck.

It is one of the most ironic part about having a good organization. It becomes a carrousel of different peeps.

Some think these are good problems to have. Can't disagree.

On the other hand, you get good people who want to fill those shoes.

Doesn't make it less worrisome though. Oh well, rather have it than not I guess.

This is good. Just like with coaches, it shows young & talented FO guys that this place is a great place to help your career- learning and advancing. Plus the 2 extra picks are absolutely huge.
