First Lannister to Perish = Push. More than 1 die simultaneously. All options here will be settled as a push with stakes refunded.
First Greyjoy to Perish = Theon Greyjoy.
First Dragon to Perish = Undead version.
First Clegane to Perish = Push. More than 1 die simultaneously. All options here will be settled as a push with stakes refunded.
First of group B to Perish = Jorah Mormont.
Last of Group C to be seen sitting on the Iron Throne = Cersei Lannister.
First of Group D to be killed by Arya Stark = Push. None. All options here will be settled as a push with stakes refunded.
Group D ALL Perish = No.
Cersei, Jaime, & Tyrion ALL Perish = No.
Any Lannister to be killed by any other Lannister = No.
Any Stark or Jon Snow to be killed by any other Stark or Jon Snow = No.
ALL 3 Dragons Perish = No.
Gilly to Perish = No.
Hot Pie to Perish = No.
Qyburn to Perish = Yes.
Notes:
First Lannister to die is a dead-heat between Cersei & Jaime. Tyrion is clearly a loser but by rule all options are void as I can't settle Cersei and Jaime as half-winner, half-loser dead-heat outcomes with the current software, (hence the rule).
First Clegane to die is a dead-heat. Even without the rule a push would be the result.
Last of Group C to be seen sitting on the Iron Throne was the 1 bet I had to recheck. Cersei was definitely shown sitting on the Iron Throne is episode 8-01, (scene with Euron), and the Throne did not appear again until episode 8-06. Daenerys touches the Throne but does NOT sit on it.
Group D ALL Perish will be settled as No due to Ilyn Payne's absence from the deceased list. [To be honest I don't understand why he was around +100 with sportsbooks.The actor was known to have had cancer and hadn't been confirmed for a season 8 appearance. Hence why I pushed the ROD price out to +210. I would have pushed further but there wasn't really another likely suspect to be killed. It's not a surprise that Arya killed no-one on the list].
Qyburn to Perish wasn't 100% confirmed so this is a judgement call.
I think the other results are clear cut.
