Rules and general information.

Group A: The Night King, Daenerys Targaryen, & Jon Snow.
Group B: Tormund Giantsbane, Melisandre, Bronn, Brienne, Davos Seaworth, Jorah Mormont, Gendry, Varys, & Samwell Tarly.
Group C: Daenerys Targaryen, Bran Stark, Cersei Lannister, Jon Snow, Sansa Stark, The Night King, Gendry, Tyrion Lannister, Euron Greyjoy, Varys, Arya Stark, & Jaime Lannister.
Group D: Ilyn Payne, Melisandre, The Mountain, Cersei Lannister, & The Hound.

Events must occur in Season 8 to count. All bets will be settled as per @flv's judgement - which will be final(ish...mostly). 'Perish' means die, destroyed, subject to absolute ruin, etc, with the basic understanding the character couldn't return without resurrection from the Lord of Light, the Night King, as a face of Arya Stark, or by some other means. For example Jon Snow perished in 5-10 and Walder Frey perished in 6-10. Both reappeared in the following season. Olenna Tyrell would have been settled as perished in 7-03 as a judgment call as the character did not actually die on-screen. If 4-10 had been the final episode I would have settled The Hound as perished as a judgment call although Season 5 later showed he had survived.
Where bets are 'First to perish' and none die, more than 1 die simultaneously, or basically where there is no definitive winning outcome then bets on that 'First to perish' outcome will be void and settled as a push with stakes refunded.
'Last of Group C to be seen sitting on the Iron Throne = ' means last character shown sitting on the Throne. It does NOT mean final ruler of Westeros. Example Cersei is seen sitting on the Throne in 8-02, she dies in 8-03, but no-one else is seen sitting on the Throne after 8-02, then Cersei is the bet winner regardless of who might be the final ruler, (which is likely to be subjective).
Characters are referred to by their common name prior to Season 8. If a character is re-named bets will still apply to the new name character. Example: Jon Snow will apply to Jon Stark or any Targaryen name he is given.
Groups refer to listed characters in that Group only. Example Arya killing Hot Pie first would not affect betting on Group D.
'Any Lannister' means Cersei, Jaime, & Tyrion. It excludes any other character. 'Any Stark' means Arya, Sansa, & Bran. It excludes any other character.
Warning!!! Bets can't be settled until ALL listed events have finished. 'Last of Group C to be seen sitting on the Iron Throne = ' bets can't be determined until the end of the last episode so ALL bets will have to wait until then.
