Rams popularity

Hello everyone,

I've been a Rams fan since Willie Anderson's ot magic at the Meadowlands. The Lakers will always be number one, yet how popular are the Rams compared to the Dodgers? In terms of sporrs radio, newspaper, history etc?

That's awesome that's my story on here the exact same moment flipper running out of the meadowlands and I like him have never looked back....too funny cheers my dude!!!!

That’s my story as well! I’ll never forget asking “ Where did he go? Why did he keep running?” While everybody was cheering! Lol

My wonderful mother

@ScotsRam

I’m praying for you and your family. Very sorry to hear the news.

As to the game... when my daughter died, it took me quite awhile before
I allowed myself to smile let alone experience any joy.

I wouldn’t dare presume to advise you beyond saying that joy and sadness can exist in the same moment.

Trust your heart. It’s fine both ways, if you go or stay home. If you’re conflicted, ask her what she’d prefer. If she says go, then go and celebrate the moment and bring that joy with you. If she says stay, then stay and cherish that.

So much for not advising you. =)

Know that you’re in our prayers and if you need anything, just ask.

Coverage Map Rams Circa 1999????

Good Evening...This has been bothering me for the longest time. I understand evolution. Things change I get it; however 506Sports is pretty new, and I am wondering if anyone can recall the Rams coverage map when they were the grestest show on turf? or even just prior to 2012. What raises this question is now I look at the map and it seems like LA and surrounding areas have bare minimal coverage. This isn't a bash nor throwing any city under the bus, but why til this day is Missouri or surrounding states not Rams friendly? Correct me if I am wrong but this organization won a SB in STL, and you cater to GB games now? I am not blaming individuals but it seems people are being deprived and it sucks. I been on ROD for quite awhile, and its a damn shame how diverse the Rams fan base is, and they can't view these games on their regular tv station throughout the States, Canada, UK, EUR, South America, and fans in OZ. I am just wondering what gives???...

Aaron Rodgers could miss rest of season with broken collarbone

Hundley has proven nothing and I'm not saying he's any better than his slot or others drafted around him, but I do think with time to build confidence and get rid of the butterflies in the face of the intensity of playing in the NFL, he can do well and perhaps become a star in the league.

The rest of the team isn't ready to overcome the loss of Rodgers though.
I think the wr group is pretty strong....and the TE's are pretty decent...besides RB, he'll have weapons to work with.

Star.....hmmmmm.....if he has gotten the throws outside the numbers more accurate and on time....look out...he throws that seam pass good tho...and he's got an accurate deep ball. Outside the numbers....meh...

I think Minnesota has a better roster to overcome TWO major losses than Green Bay to overcome one.
They even made Case Keenum look good.....but rebuilt the O-Line....have two good wrs....really good defense. I still think the division is between Green Bay and Detroit. Minn has to show me something....Case has to show me he's consistent.

Dick Stockon & The JagWahhs

Stockton has been bad for a couple years.
Mentioned it in the thread when they were pegged for the game, the man is just getting too old.
Kinda sad, really. We'll all be there, some day.

I found Schlereth to be more annoying. He seemed to be rooting for Jacksonville
Couldn't stand him before the broadcast and he did nothing to change my opinion.
To me, he was definitely slanted toward JAX...

And, he was a one trick pony...over and over again.. "run the ball".
Glad he's not coaching... reminded me of Fisher.

L.A. Ram fan who lives in L.A.

CBS has the "Rams on 2" Coaches show every Saturday night at 6:30pm PST and always has a post game show Late Sunday night! Plus they have a regular Pre-Game show, when the Rams are in town, with Jim Hill and Chris Everett!
Makes me wonder Dave, of course this is true just why so many comments before someone pointed out what should have been the obvious, unless of course you are the first one who lives in the area who actually responded

KCBS is pretty much the LA Rams station Jim Hill the ageless wonder still in charge

Woods is a better receiver than everyone thinks

I got crap from a couple people here about it, but I mentioned that Watkins was open a few times during the Cowboys game, a couples times he was waiving that he was open, but never got looked at. Ever since that game his route running has been in question or his lack of production. I dont think its coincidence. Something seems to be bothering him, i just hope it gets sorted out.

He was open a few times. But as discussed on this board, he wasn't the primary target and the pass was completed to an open Primary Target.

The big question is do we want a WR that stops playing when he doesn't get the ball Enough?

That is not a recipe for team success. I hope he comes around and I am sure he will have some big games for us, but in this offense he's not going to be a stat machine.

Pharoh Cooper Talks About the Rams Victory vs. Jacksonville –Audio

What's cool about Pharoah is that he isn't this world burner. He's a football player.

I was watching the play with some friends and they were commenting 'he's not that fast' 'why doesn't he break away'

I looked at them and bluntly said 'he's not a speedster, he's like a 4.5 guy. But he is a football player'

I haven't seen anything from him to make me second guess that the guy is just a football player.
