Did it seem to anyone else that the Texans were head hunting the Rams WRs yesterday? Outside of Puka getting stitches, it felt like our guys were getting hit high and late all game.

Love to see it! Pennix looked good, so I am not holding out hope the pick will be overly high, as that roster has some serious talent on it and finally a QB to match. But the Falcons also showed, at least in this season's early days, that they remain a team that will reliably shoot themselves in the foot and find ways to lose games they should win. The pick should be pretty decent still!

Sawyer Robertson from Baylor has looked good. I saw some of his last game and really liked what I saw. He has the size I like too at 6’4 220. He might be my current top choice this early on.

Mendoza at Indiana is another good sized guy that’s done well. But I’m not so sure about his arm strength. Maybe it can be fixed with experience and better technique. Or maybe it’s lack of sample size from my eyes

We did beat them badly in 2013 too. One of those Jeff Fisher "this is what the Rams could be" games before getting stomped by a mediocre team shortly thereafter.

The 2013 game was the crazy force a fumble and return it for a TD off a kick return.

We beat them badly in 2013, 2017 and 2021

Higbeast might not be the best TE in the league but he tends to make some pretty important plays between his catching and blocking. He does team play like few others.

I’d love it. Not sure Landman would do it unless it’s a pretty sweet deal. I’m guessing he’s going to bank on his play to bring him a sizable contract. From what I’ve seen, I hope it’s with us.

Have to LMAO at how The trash talked about Alaric Jackson’s signing. SOME even thinking he was playing only for The MONEY.

I say this because on PUKA’s game close catch was all because of Matthew Stafford & Alaric Jackson making that play work to close out the game.
Giving the Ball Back with 1:25 left would’ve been extra STRESSFUL!!! Both players starting & finishing game the right way for a Game #1 victory is icing all over CROW FACE

And even though he can't run and didn't look good to people Fannin didn't miss a beat from college. Like all rookies they can have down games but these were my 2 best TE in the draft.

Lol.. it really, really does.

A few things to watch, Trent Williams got abused most of the game, tweaked ankle but played on it I believe. Kittle went out injured with a hammy and getting MRI today... that could be a nagging thing and may not be back for our first game. Juan Jennings getting MRI today too I heard on shoulder. CMC looked fine unfortunately but see how long those legs last and Pearsal looked decent. Defense still looked good. So still be a tough team but they've got holes forming.

Seahawks, Darnold mostly dumping off small gains. They've got a decent defense but that offense does not scare me.

Cardinals will do what they do every season... win some easy games early and then fade into nothing by December.

Picked Seattle to win.
So that I wouldn't be upset if I missed the pick. And, I'm not.....

He's about set for the hall. Just get him one more title this year so he can sail off into the sunset on top.

That last episode of STSNW was cool with the female Gorn. Too bad they went full caveman on it.

I have come to realize something now about SNW that I would have never believed. The actor playing Spock does it better than our Old Boi Nemoy. I really think this new guy nails the facial expressions and method of speaking of a Vulcan to absolute perfection. It really came to me after the episode where half of the main cast turned into Vulcans... and they totally sucked at it... well Capt Pike did anyway. LOL

This is year 3 for Avila. I'm hoping he becomes a dog this year in the run game after two years of strength training, however I didn't see it week one. I hope he progresses throughout the season.

The good thing for me today is that the pain pills are actually working. The last 2 days....not so much. It's nice to have a little relief

Yes. Entire interior O-Line is new, with two free agent signings and a trade acquisition (Jonah Jackson).

Interestingly, the Vikings also completely re-built their interior OL, with two free agent additions and their first round draft choice..
