You too? lol
I can't even get one jacket in our closet because she literally has 18. And yes, she swears she wears them all.

Sure, we live in Las Vegas, you wear them all the time..NOT.
So true when a nice and attractive jacket catches your eye, you don’t even count how many you already own. Your heart just says ‘grab this one too’… I recently saw a Rams one here and honestly, it was really hard to resist.

New Rules for 2025

It was on Wallace, and it was one of the most ridiculous "taunting" calls I've ever seen. Standing over the receiver for less than a second after he planted him with a big hit. Oh, the horror! Think of the children! People playing a physical game showing their emotions for less than a second is something we absolutely can't have, and Wallace should've been kicked out of the league, be forced to forfeit all of his money, and thrown in prison for standing over that poor, defenseless receiver for less than a second!

Please note that the blue font is as caustically sarcastic as I can make it.
You big meanie!

Rams PFF grades: Best and worst performers in preseason win vs. Chargers

Let’s not get carried away. He has the ability to use a lot of terms that make him sound legit and he gets into it. But many here disagreed with a lot of what he came up with. And if I recall right, so did I.
You can be dead wrong and still be brilliant at something. See, Linehan; Spagnuolo, all of the brilliant coordinators who have failed, etc. The guy was a former coach and - if I'm not mistaken - played in college. That's a lot more than what I did, and I'll be the first to admit it.

Not everyone is right all of the time, myself included (definitely included). People will have disagreements. People will challenge the thoughts and opinions of others, and many times, the challenger is right and the person who came up with it is wrong.

Jim's problem was that he couldn't admit that he was wrong, that others who disagreed with him were right. And he lashed out instead of admitting his faults. That was my main problem with him: that he couldn't treat others with any respect.

Kyren Williams extended

Nice contract for both sides but did we miss an opportunity last year? We have Kyren signed for the next 4 seasons counting this year. Between 2025-2028 he will be paid (if he plays out the contract) a total of $38.4M. Derrick Henry will paid $40.9M. I really like Kyren, but for almost the same amount we could have had Henry? We currently have over $22M in cap space, it possibly could have been done. Imagine an offense with Staff, Adams, Nacua, and Henry? I think we would actually be the Super Bowl favorites this year with him. Maybe Kyren puts up 1,500 yds and 20 TDs this year with zero fumbles or maybe Corum or Hunter replace him as the starter by mid-season. Oh well, it was just a thought.
Sure, why not?
But, there are always those.. "shoulda signed that guy" scenarios, imo.

I stand back and look at this roster... ESPECIALLY after what it took to win a Super Bowl.. and I'm very impressed. There's also so much flexibility moving forward to create a really special run.

We'll see!

Stafford’s Back Issue

Thanks man. I really appreciate it. You’re a good dude and an even better sport. It’s fun having you around.

I just get REALLY PISSES at all the NAY SAYERS !! I get the Reeder,Blyth,Shelton fans that are just haters & need to blame players.
Still if you as I did,a player like Parkisan did well last season. He’s not a Higbee & Ferguson is going to add SO much to the offense.
—Ahkello & Emmanuel are going to be tough. That’s more my opinion.Last season the Rams don’t make the playoffs, but having him back at his salary for a Number 1 CB ?

This is what gets me upset though of these Rams doing everything they can to get on the field. In fact The Rams backups show they can compete against other teams starters like they did the Chargers.

ROD (and reel) Fishing Thread

Here's a video of my 3 sons' Dry Tortugas fishing trip where one of my sons proposed to his longtime girlfriend. They took a friend of theirs with them because he went to school for film making and he has super nice cameras and an expensive drone to film with too. He did a good job with the video and got some nice fishing action shots. He edited much of it down to the nitty gritty.

My son's (now) fiancé had no idea the proposal was going to happen. She was pissed at my son because he took time away from fishing to walk around the fort on the island. As they walked around, she said something like this to him... "I thought I knew you. I would have never believed that you would leave fishing in a place like this to walk around this island instead. What is wrong with you? Let's get back on the boat and go slay some fish!"

Surprise, Surprise!

Rams to host Saints in joint practice 8/14

They've been in the dumpster post-Asshole Face. And currently trying to convince themselves Kellen Moore is a young McVay. :laugh4:

I do think they made a great hire at DC though with Staley. Rebound hires who were good coordinators who failed at HC tend to do great when they settle back in at that level.
Yep. You need look no further than spags at kc.

Do you think the defense…

the defense will be fine IMO as long as health prevails,,,,

a season of healthy rams, offense and defense, makes us legit SB contenders...

don't be fooled by mcvay, the ultimate sandbagger... stafford is playing.. period

the defense is likely much improved...

certain rams mentioned that they have a particular game circled on their schedule ..

here's a hint, week 3 can't get here soon enough...

go rams
