And I'm surprised to be saying this but I really hope Shelton makes the 53. This depth chart looks better with him on it IMO.

I just wish T-Jax could do returns. That would ensure he's on this roster the way he played this preseason.

Meredith will be easy to stash on the practice squad due to being undrafted. As great as he played in preseason he’s a red shirt that needs to learn the full playbook.

Oline backups will be Anchrum, Jackson Noteboom and Shelton.

If we sustain injury to starters we are royalty screwed. Some of the worst depth around the league.

Our OL depth really isn't bad. There is a shortage of OLs around the NFL. Most teams don't have reliable backups. Noteboom and Anchrum aren't bad options for #6 and #7 OLs.

Is Anchrum our 7?

Noteboom is clearly our 6 - no matter who goes down, he goes in - the line shuffles a bit but its the other 4 plus Boom.

I’m not sure if 2 people go down where we are. My guess is it depends on which 2 go down.

Very true.
Free agency has nearly assured any OL depth a team enjoys is short lived.

Anchrum got abused and exposed the last two preseason games, mainly vs 2nd stringers. Noteboom has value as a backup but the others will be massive liabilities.

I can’t honestly say what other teams have in backups, but ours - as we saw in preseason - are particularly worse than other seasons. This based on reviewing each snap from each lineman multiple times. The tape don’t lie.
