Tampa Bay selects one of my favorite prospects.

OG Shaq Mason Georgia Tech

If he was an inch or two taller he might be a 2nd rounder. As good of run blocker as Scherff but needs a little work in pass pro. Tampa now has some legit run blockers to open up some holes for Doug Martin.

I really hope the Rams can grab this player but for now he is a Tampa Bay Buc.

The Vikings 4th round pick hails from Stanford in the DE Henry Anderson!

He needs to bulk up a bit to be a DE but he has a motor. He just might be a diamond down here in the 4th.

So the Vikings 2015 Draft looks like this:

Devante Parker, WR, Louisville
Eric Kendricks, LB, UCLA
John Miller, OG, Louisville
Henry Anderson, DE, Stanford.

Mojo Ram with pertinent info:
I left it up to the Mods as to where to put it. The way i figured it, posters who are enthusiastic about the draft reside in the draft forum often, and is a good reason to put it there. I don't know what you mean about why can't all our members comment here...They can if they choose to do so.

I have learned that some members just don't take it seriously enough to show up on time to make their picks. They log into ROD, browse around, apparently don't check their alerts when tagged in here, post in other threads and then disappear....all the while being on the clock. 12 hours is not unreasonable...unless one just doesn't pay attention. We need members who can pay attention. I won't be organizing the next one that's for sure. I'll post updates and transfer picks to a final website for everyone, but that's it.

Which draft thread are you referring too? Is there another one besides this one?

That's why I didn't know where the draft threads were too. Although I still don't know where I'm at right now. As in I don't know how to get here without the link you provided me.

Except that like me, there are many who don't go to wherever this is and mainly stay on the main forum. So while in theory all our posters can comment on the different picks, in practice I don't see many if any comments that aren't being made by fellow mockers. I'm pretty sure that had this thread had been in the main forum we'd have more comments and interest.

Again, I think that's in large part because it's not where posters normally go and it takes extra effort to get here. Most posters/people have problems with putting in that extra effort. That would include me.

I'm willing to ramrod the post FA mock if enough posters are still interested but only if it's on the main forum. I'll ask PT about it after this one is finished.

Last but not least, I screwed up when pick #81 was made and instead of changing pick #80 from purple to black I accidentally deleted it. I should have remembered my visual limitations and I won't get so fancy next time. If there is a next time.

@BonifayRam you are on the clock again and you have my apologies and please don't pick DE Henry Anderson. :(

Ramhusker telling me someing I already know:
Dude, sorry, I just did!
I know you did and I'd like you to be able to keep it. If Bonifay picks someone else we can just move on to Angry Ram's pick. It doesn't look like he's interested in a DE so we/you might be OK with who you already picked. I have my fingers and some of my toes crossed. :cautious:

I sent Bonifay a PM so we should hear from him when he gets back on. Hopefully it will be soon.

One of my great great great great great great grand kids got me an abacus for my 111th birthday but I can't figure out how to turn it on. Maybe it needs new batteries or something.

Maybe it should be up to the GM to revise the "update" tracker after each pick? @albefree69 was kind enough to provide it, and I should have noticed sooner that my pick was not listed. I'm willing to pick again and let @BonifayRam keep OG Arie Kouandjio 6-5 315 Alabama.

No, it was my fault. The list isn't worth much if it isn't accurate. Let's wait to see what Bonifay says because I think he'll be fine with picking someone else. Thank Bhudda it's only the practice/pre-FA mock. I'll offer him the Shegals 1st round pick in next years draft. He'll probably fall for it.

That's a good idea about having the GM do the grunt work on the list that shows which players have been taken. If we do the post-FA mock I'll make a template that GMs can update every time they make a pick.

I'm also thinking about keeping a list of trades that only I will update. That way, old guys like me who forget what they did a week ago (or this morning ) can have a list to remind them. It will come in handy when we have to change the drafting order of later rounds.
