Stafford running for his life and getting drilled and yet y'all be talking shit on him. Focus your energy on the OL and lack of run game.
Yeah, I don’t get that other than posters being posters. Stafford gets my respect behind this protection.

Well, the good news is we're tied for second. The bad news is, we're also tied for last.

I said that we need to pray but 3- 3 and that's a big if then the bye that's mid November I believe he should sign during that bye if it's with us he said today he targets mid November return 3-3 might not scare h off knowing we getting healthy that bye may save us as well as the trade deadline is wt nov 1.? So if we show we will do wteva to improve there's a chance new season after the bye if we 3-3 only spin I can put on it before I smash my tv
OBJ has nothing to do with how poorly we are playing. We did get him a ring yes, but at what expense to keep him?We don’t have Whit anymore. We need to re-tool our entire O line and no more of the bs fuk them picks memes…

So, being a long time Rams fan, this shit is easy. We've been here so many times, so many times.

Why is everyone having a melt down? Again, all feels normal to me!

Rams are undermanned and overmatched. Will be interesting to see if this team has the resolve to overcome their adversities, time for leadership to step up

I think its fair to wonder if they don't have the same hunger after winning a championship. It wouldn't be the first time a defending champ came back a far cry from what they were.

It's hard to get too analytical when you're outgunned on the OL. Got a hole at center plus this Dallas front fucking brought it. They need Allen back in there.

Carolina's front is nothing like Dallas. That should be a good build game for the offense leading into the second shitter matchup.

Stafford needs to get his head out of his ass and stop turning the ball over.
bro yah i agree.. but the interception he was runing for his life and just had to throw the ball up...

the fumble was 3rd and 15 with 1:25 left and he got stripped right as he threw it....

the 1st fumble was on him

Our o-line is in shambles and our pass blocking sucks at the moment. Big Whit was a big ass loss and losing Corbett really hurt as it's taken away from our depth. Seems like we should have never signed Robinson and maybe just used it on the o-line.

The line is in rough shape.. but this team lacks weapons. Akers provides nothing but running into the nearest defender. Holes were there on occasion. Zero juice at wr.

No but obj is different reciever he is a better rout runner knows the offense and can get open smoother he knows Kupp Jefferson etc. Somebody will be open quicker Stafford will need less time short etc. Course we need help but we also need to see the line healthy to see where the weakest link or links lie. Your talking for above average wideouts. It would help with some quick routes fades etc.

I think we all see what we need and while a McCaffrey would have probably busted 2 or 3 runs today with holes that were missed that a bandaid to me.

I still say get the upper tier edge like Von get corners back and you have a chance to win games 17-9 20-13 etc make a Corbett type trade any you could get in.

P.s. adios Bosa pesky groin injury sorry bad mood

The injuries certainly did hurt them. But honestly, I don't think our starters are a very good unit. And we no legit WR2 opposite Kupp. Our RB's are JAG's. We really don't have an offensive unit that can compete against better defenses.
Why?

David Edward again totally whiffed on the block that led to the Stafford fumble on the first Cowboys TD and put us in the hole from the beginning.

Edwards has made an unfortunate habit of whiffing on blocks and Stafford has been hit directly by unblocked defenders.

The special teams again put us in a further hole with another blocked punt.

What is most concerning about the Dallas loss is that McVay continues to play Cam Akers and Allan Robinson a lot of snaps.

We're trying to move the ball on offense while playing 2 men short. Akers is awful and Robinson is absolutely terrible.

Akers is timid, hesitant, has no explosion to the hole, no burst, no vision, no cut back ability and no physicality.

Akers has nowhere near the quality required of an NFL back, and despite everyone saying that he was amazing before his injury, he was never anything special.

As for Robinson, he is lethargic, very slow, has no short area quickness, no presence on the field, he lacks fight and intensity and seems not to be able to run away from DB's. He seems oblivious to how to find seams in zones.

The worst thing is that since Robinson has no presence on the field, teams really don't have to cover him.

I presume that Robinson runs faster to get to the bank to cash his enormous paychecks than he does on the field. A total waste of cap space and to make matters worse, Robinson is signed for multiple seasons at a big cap hit.

How we signed a player like this after seeing his film, is beyond my comprehension and it is astounding how Robinson gets so many snaps on a team that professes to want to run it back.

It is also very odd that McVay thought that our running game would be effective this season even after watching Akers daily since he came into the league and after seeing our pathetic rushing attack in the playoffs.

Henderson is more forceful, more direct, more physical, but the problem is that he is a straightline runner, without lateral agility, shiftiness and the ability to see cutback lanes.

I am hopeful that desperation will make McVay put Akers and Robinson on the bench, because there seem to be more enticing players on the practice squad.

It's crazy that the Rams didn't go back to Tutu Atwell after he caught the long bomb early. He could have opened up the field a lot more.

It is also clear that Skrow is already a better receiver than Robinson is.

Robinson has not flashed at all.

McCutcheon may be better as well, but he appears that he is being redshirted this season for some odd reason. If the losses keep coming, OBJ may be inclined to sign elsewhere to get a chance for another ring.

The Dallas game was actually there for the taking. Dallas has a feeble offense and an overrated secondary. As usual Diggs got roasted for big plays. Their cornerbacks got away with clear pass interference on a number of plays.

After we settled into the Dallas game, we could have put more points on the board, but every time we got the ball, McKay - incredibly - had Akers in the game carrying the ball repeatedly for negative yards (as usual) and Robinson was on the field sauntering aimlessly and listessly through his routes, posing no threat to the defense at all.

Akers made an absolutely pathetic attempt to catch the long pass down the sideline, he made little effort to attack the ball at all.

Without a running game and with Kupp not having another receiver to command attention, the season is fast spiraling out of control.

One can only hope that this string of embarrassing losses will force McVay and Snead to exhaust all avenues (no more giving up draft picks please) to address these deficiencies.

The losses have been exceedingly ugly and I'm not buying that injuries are solely to blame for them.

A lot of these same issues were there in last year's championship season; but we failed to address them in the off-season. The Rams unbelievably felt that we were fine at running back and that Robinson could replace Robert Woods.

If we keep playing Akers and Robinson, the season is toast anyway. We'll just be playing for a better draft position next year, with the goal being to obtain better young draft talent and decrease our need to hit on UDFA's.

Allen Robinson didn't just lose all his skills over one summer. I find that so not plausible again simplify it they are not running to many plays for him Stafford has no rapport with him and he just not being used right now to mention simplify the o-line is awful right now.

I suggest that you watch Robinson run his routes. He doesn't snap off his routes, which a receiver is supposed to do.

There's a sluggishness and a non-aggressiveness to his play and it results in him being consistently too near to his defender.

In addition, he has made little effort to fight for balls thrown his way.

None of which inspires any confidence in a quarterback to throw him the ball.

I'm not buying the narrative about timing and familiarity with Stafford being the reason why he's not getting the ball.

Robinson's just not getting open, even on scramble plays.

Football's about desire and winning and if you're not showing the hunger, why are you on the field?

The same applies to Akers.

What people often don't understand is that sometimes when players come from an environment (the Bears) where the competitive performance expectations are low, their value becomes inflated (big fish, small pond) compared to the lack of quality around them.

It appears that we've made a mistake in acquiring Robinson, a costly one unfortunately.
