not sure if I put this here before, but I posted this video on a different thread as part of a response to someone else. really cool seeing not only how a song gets put together, but watching 4 highly talented musicians of other bands come together and make a really good song. I was more interested in the part with Rick Nielsen (being a cheap trick fan since 76) and he has some good solo work from 9:00 mark on plus a great burn towards dave grohl when he's done.

Cheap Trick fan huh.

My best friend in 9th grade was asked to play guitar for them. His Mom didn't allow it because he was too young in her eyes.

Whenever I hear a Cheap Trick tune I think of my friend and his Mom... and it's made me a big fan of their's too.
