Jimmy just got himself a brand new boat in the last few weeks. It's got a cat hull like mine. He had 2 different boat manufacturers create this one of a kind boat for him. The hull is made by Freeman Cat and everything on top is made by another manufacturer who makes sport fishers (I can't remember their name). It's badass.

He's got a brand new resort here in Orlando now too. I'm literally driving by it as I type this (the wife is driving). It's freaking HUGE. @CGI_Ram recently stayed there... I don't think it was completely open at that time though... just part of it.

He's got a freaking empire now. What a success story his music has created.
