I hadn't listened to that David Soul song in decades. Over 30 years removed, I kept imaging Karen Carpenter singing with Soul. One of those shwing moments for me. A bizarre juxtaposition. Speaking of juxtapositions Iowa I remembered you played Beach Baby the other day. 50 Rams dollars for anyone who can you figure out the connections between "Beach Baby", David Soul, RAMSinLA's "United We Stand", and this song?

That David Soul song ,
, I was like 10 years old when that song came out , I have two younger sisters who had that song on 45 , and they listened to that song , over and over and over and over , if a 10 year old boy could ever get really sick of listening to a song , that would be the one ,There is a local Casino here that is having an adult Prom next month , and my wife thinks I need to take her , it's has a 80's theme , so the other night she was on the computer going down Memory Lane , listening to 80's music , and she came along that David Soul song and all those old memories of that song coming through my bedroom wall as a kid came flooding back.................lol
Your question , the only connection I could find is that Tony Burrows is the real lead singer for First Class , Beach Baby and for Edison Lighthouse - Love grows where my rosemary goes , along with Brotherhood Of Mans United We Stand", and he wrote the David Soul song , he also sang lead on this little gem
